We were very excited about making reservations at McCloud's Mercantile Hotel after reading about it and viewing the photos. However, our room (Gigi's Attic) was a disappointment. The room was uncomfortable with no chairs to relax in, no amenities, small window that looked down at the concrete. The Hotel's 'room' for guests to relax is dark and kind of creepy....
