The room was simple and dated but, clean and functional. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and recommended a place we could get dinner late in the evening as it was. Breakfast in the am was simple yet filling. Overall no complaints and we'd recommend if you are passing through!

We stayed at the Miners Inn for two nights when we were visiting Yosemite. If all the lodges in the park are booked, Mariposa village is a good option, especially if you appreciate a variety of dinner places to choose from. The room was a bit worn but large and had nice jet stream tub as well as a balcony... More

There was virtually no wifi. Even if you get a signal, the connection was extrenely slow and unreliable. The hotel has two wifi signals but I think the access points cancel each other out. The room was spacious but the carpet was heavily stained. The hotel is conveniently located off of Hwy140. It's about 80 minutes from Yosemite entrance and... More

Friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced. At the far end of town and was quiet and peaceful. They have free breakfast in the lobby from 6-9 a.m., coffee 24 hours, and the lobby doubles as a gift shop. Very close to a large supermarket. Would stay here again.

Only an hour away from Yosemite entrance, this was a great location. The breakfast was a wonderful start to the day and quite hearty with waffles, pancakes, fruit, donuts, yogurt, cereal and more. Friendly, helpful staff also gave tips and recommendations. Mariposa is a quaint old miners town and while we didn't get to see the museum in town would've... More

Overall a very nice place. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a small balcony. Yes, they are older. Big beds. Quiet. Breakfast was better than at most motels! Easy to find, along the main road in Mariposa. Will come back!

I liked this place, it had everything we needed, and it wasn't too pricey. Breakfast was good. Pool and spa on premises were a nice touch. We stayed here when visiting Yosemite, and it was a bit far, about 1 hour or so. However, everything Yosemite related will be kind of far. Wifi was way too weak to do anything.

This was our third visit and the third building we stayed in. Rooms are clean although somewhat dated. Place is good location for seeing Yosemite without making reservations a year in advance to be in the park or paying several hundred dollars a night. Generally maintained and a typical motel breakfast.

recommended by the local tourist info we were positively surprised (we were not sure about the quality level of independent hotels) by the size of the room, the cleanliness of room and bath, the comfortable bed. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, the free WiFi was well working. Overall A+ !

Reasonably priced, great continental breakfast, clean and comfortable room. About an hour outside of Yosemite. A few souvenir items available for sale in the office area, along with bottled beverages and some snack food. Pool looked inviting but we were too tired to jump in. Would definitely stay again. Note - WiFi very slow!!!
