We were looking for an alternative to actually staying inside Yosemite NP and this small town wasn't too far on the other side of the Sierras, so I pre-booked a suite which was very reasonably priced. You check-in in what seems to be the gift shop/dining area/reception and the lady was very helpful. The room was spacious clean with a... More

Yes, the WiFi did not work on my phone or tablet til the very last night so research was done the old fashion way with a travel book. But on the plus side, the suite was very clean, well heated (both with an electric fireplace and thermostat) and the spacious jacuzzi tub with jets fit two comfortably. It took over... More

We booked this hotel as we wanted to visit Yosemite in December and i was a little worried about staying in Yosemite itself in case of snow. Mariposa is a beautiful old gold mining town with tons or character so we decided to stay for the night. The Miners in had decent reviews and was reasonably priced so i decided... More

This place was a steal at $52/nt for New Years, (+$15 per pet per night). We visited Yosemite, which was 40m away, and Badger Pass, over 1 hr away. Yosemite was beautiful and highly recommended. The hotel was close enough and in a decent little town that housed a few good restaurants. A little pricey, but much better than having... More

we came here not expecting too much because there weren't a lot of photos on the website and we're delighted with the set up of the king deluxe. we loved the small town so the location was convenient. our favorites were the fireplace and bath tub.

Stayed at this property because of the location and because it was pet friendly. Rooms a bit worn and doors to interior hall ways are not very well sealed . When walking down the hall we could hear conversations, televisions etc but from in the bed we didn't notice any noise. Enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Well worth the... More

we stayed there for 2 nights during our yosemite trip. we had initially booked a standard queen room , but then we saw that the Deluxe King room was available and we requested for an upgrade. They promptly did that(with the difference in fee). The room was nice . It was king size bed, with fireplace , jacuzzi and a... More

We stayed for two nights on our trip to Yosemite valley. It's a very reasonably priced and a very good quality hotel. Staff was very nice and so helpful. There's a lobby where you can have free coffee. The rooms are clean and of good standard. I'd say it's the best value hotel I have seen so far. Would stay... More

We stayed in Mariposa the night before our visit to Yosemite, which is about a 45 minute drive away. The motel is on the Main Street and easy to walk to restaurants and bars (visit the Ale Werks for some very good craft beer). Our room was spacious and clean, not a very modern decor but we had no complaints.... More
