Mariposa is about 45 minutes from Yosemite. Motel was older with beautiful grounds. Old fashion motel, well maintained. Good value. No breakfast but places to eat within easy walk. more

Having travelled all day through the Yosemite National Park we stopped in Mariposa for the night (one of the nearest towns from the park). We called 'on spec' for a room. There was just the two of us, we were informed there was only one left. So we agreed to take the room, which I did feel was rather expensive.... more
