We got off to a bad start when we called hotel as instructed to let them know we had arrived in LA and for the shuttle to pick us up. An hour later when it didn't turn up were told the driver is on lunch from 4pm til 6pm. No towels in room cleaner went and got some from the... More

We needed a hotel on the bus route as we do not drive on holiday. Chose this hotel due to the buses stopping on the road outside. If you are visiting Los Angeles and want to a place which is easy to travel but in a beach city this one is fine. The only problem is the beach is a... More

My family and I decided to stay here because it was close to the LAX airport. Even though, I have to say that the staff from the front desk were very friendly and they listened to me while I showed them every single problem the room had, which I apprecciate because its not their fault. Within the first 20 minutes... More

Pictures are very deceiving! If you decide to stay at the hotel "Motel" make sure you read the reviews. Upon arrival the front desk seemed fine but it all went down hill after that. The room was full of cob webs. Broken ceiling fixtures. Hole in the wall. Burn holes in the bed covers. Rotten smell in bathroom. Mold on... More

Great location, about a 15 minute walk to the beach and places to eat. Parking is free and secure and I needed to check in early because my flight time was bought forward by 2 hours. Reception staff organised this for me and I checked in at 1pm instead of 3pm. However, the rooms are very dated. Air conditioning didn't... More

I booked this hotel 6 months out from our stay (no deposit) via the hotel website. When we arrived (4 persons) on labor day the receptionist told us there was no booking despite me having a confirmation print out. She blamed it on me using a third party website - which it wasn't, informed us they were fully booked. Luckily... More

We stayed at the crimson hotel for a night after arriving on a late flight into LAX. The hotel is a short distance from LAX. It is what I would describe as a bed for the night. I wouldn't choose to stay here for any length of time but for £69 a night it was clean the room had all... More

We stayed here when we flew to LA for Easter. It was close to the airport, great breakfast and we arrived very late and the front desk was very accommodating! The shuttle took us to the airport the next morning so we could pickup our rental car. I would stay here again as it is close to the airport and... More

Won't be staying here again. Not worth the money. Check in is at 3, we got there at 4 and they still made us wait awhile. The rooms were never made up and we had to ask for towels every day ( 4 days). For the amount I paid, I expected way more. Go somewhere else.

This was not the best part of our vacation. We were registered to stay for four nights, we did not! Wallpaper was held up with packing tape, safe only worked once, stains on the floor, the microwave we requested never arrived, television was static, dressers were broken and didn't have handles, bed was terrible. The manager came to give our... More
