I enjoyed staying at the Madera Valley Inn. It was quiet and comfortable, and most importantly for me it had a great little dining room downstairs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a safe and dependable place to stay. more

The room was average, clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was really nice. They treated us really well and even gave us a wedding gift! The breakfast was average. If you arrive at night, it's a big tough to find a place to eat (specially on the weekend) but you can rely on Dominos pizza...). more

This hotel has a nice lobby -- a cut above a standard highway motel -- and the basic motel rooms that you expect from travelers motel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, and the bed and linens were comfortable, though the carpet was motel drab. The room was quiet (no freeway noise).... more

We are here for some personal business and have stayed here several times in the past two weeks. The whole staff is friendly and accomodating. We had some family business to attend to and it took five or six different trips. more

We stayed 3 nights at the Madera Valley Inn and were very satisfied. The rooms were very large compared to other hotels. The shower had excellent water pressure. The WI FI was free in-room and was very fast. We appreciated the in-room fridge and microwave. There were very few people staying at the hotel while we were there, so it... more

Recently while checking seat guru for my next regular business flight I stumbled upon the trip adviser website. Curious, I checked the reviews for my favorite hotel, the Madera Valley Inn. While reading the reviews I noticed that there was one that was particularly unfavorable. The person who wrote it has written negative reviews on nearly all of the hotels... more

I sure enjoyed my stay at the Madera Valley Inn. Last month, I was in Madera, California on a business trip and when I checked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk person. I was told about the free continental breakfast that is available for hotel guests. And, that evening, I enjoyed a delicious dinner at... more

I stayed six nights at the Madera Valley Inn and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was large and comfortable and clean and the rate was very reasonable. I enjoyed the convenience of the continental breakfast, the in house restaurant and the cocktail lounge. Great internet too! I plan to stay on my return trip. more

I typically reserve my reviews for after I finished staying somewhere since you never know if bad impressions are misconceptions. This, however, is an exeption. I am writing this review from a table (the supposed "desk") in my second room here at the good ol' Madera Valley Inn. Why the second room, you ask? The first nonsmoking room gave me... more

Positive: Building well lit in front at night; courteous front desk clerk and fast check-in; clean bathroom and shower/tub; had a frig and microwave in room; large room; coffee shop on site; upper floors very quiet. Bad Features: very old building, needs repairs and renovations inside and out; everything looks old; carpets are outdated and look decades old, very stained... more
