I called the 800 number to book two hotel rooms for the same night. The person who took the call spoke very broken English and had to have much of the conversation repeated, this was very frustrating and the call lasted at least ten minutes. We booked the hotel for two rooms at the Chowchilla, CA location. We had been... More

When you walk into the motel office, the odor was a cross between cat urine and human poo. I should have left then, but circumstances dictated I stay there for a week. Needless to say, I didn't partake in the 'continental' breakfast (coffee and cereal). There isn't a place to sit anyway. The room was non smoking, yet there were... More

the rooms need to be updated they are old and grubby. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The TV did not work it had a loud buzzing sound. The breakfast was pathetic all it was corn flakes and coffee and 1 Danish in a bag and they only put out 1 at a time.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. First time I had problems with the internet service. Please do something to speed up your Wi-Fi. Mine kept going online and off.

The lady at the desk was very nice. That's about it. The place was dirty. I got a non smoking room and found ashes on the carpet which tells me they don't get vacuumed. Also found Hair in the fridge and used TP on the bathroom floor. The blankets smelled like dirty feet and the tv went full static anytime... More

Literally had roaches in the bathroom. Need I really go on? Well, the beds are rock hard. Horrible pillows and I don't think the sheets are washed on a regular bases. Bad reception for tv and the "free wifi" never worked right. Remote batteries are not even working. Hotel room as a whole need major updating for price they charge.... More

No TP and no remote. Not very clean. Matresses were nasty and hard. Not worth my $60. They are pet friendly ($10 a dog) with a nice grass area for walking your dog. At least they ripped out the carpeting and put in wood.
