This place is truely a gem in the heart of Los Olivos/Sloveng area. Beautiful rooms, nice bathrooms with standing showers and great sinks. The lobby and grounds are beautiful, tasteful, and peaceful. They have a great wine list and bar in the lobby.

We needed a break to get away and unwind. A friend recommended going to Santa Barbara’s wine country and ended up in a small town named Los Olivos. Not knowing what to expect, we found this incredible 5-Star-Plus hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Our “room” was a suite! The spacious living room had a beautiful fireplace and wet-bar... More

We spent a long weekend in Los Olives for a special surprise birthday weekend. I had a tremendous amount of pre-planning and not a single detail was overlooked. Great first night at Petros with specialized service and attention. Rooms are oversized and so comfortable with every appointment necessary, and expected, at a property of this calibre. Every request was promptly... More

Been to Los Olivos on many occasions, but usually stayed in Santa Barbara. Glad I finally stayed at the Fess Parker. Allowed us to do various wine tastings and dinner in town without having to drive. Spacious and very tastefully designed rooms. Friendly staff and Multon Brown products were icing on the cake.

We just got back from spending 4 nights at this beautiful Inn. The room was wonderful; very spacious and comfortable. The included breakfasts were delicious, and included a wide variety of breakfast entrees. And you can't beat the location. There are more than 20 tasting rooms within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Our only knocks are the lousy... More

The hotel is in a great location in a great little town, but that is about it. The service is just ok and the hotel is not worth the price they charge. We stayed at the Epiphany sweet over the thanksgiving weekend. The room was a nice size, but lacked in the luxuries expected for a room priced over $650... More

Usually would drive by LO & stop for lunch or dinner, but this time decided to stay & enjoy. Fess Parker Inn is located right in the heart of this small & quaint town where winery tastings shops abound. It's nice from the outside but it's very classy and elegant on the inside. It has 19 rooms split on either... More

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here on a belated anniversary trip in late September. We stayed 2 nights in Santa Barbara prior to moving to Los Olivos. As we are members of the Fess Parker wine club, we were able to take advantage of a discounted rate to stay at the lovely Inn and Spa. We... More

This was our first trip to the Santa Barbara wine country and Fess Parker was a perfect choice as a base. It is located right on the main street of this quiet little town and is walking distance from just about everywhere there is to go. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and up to... More
