We were heading from Vancouver to Los Angeles and our car broke down so we were forced to stay here. We first chose this hotel because "Executive" usually means top of the line, well we were wrong! This hotel is old and is need of a major renovation. The hotel is not worth the $100.00 that we spent on it.... More

This was a Relaxed no fuss stay. It was great to have a nice pool to use in 94F after an all day road trip. The rooms are spacious with comfortable chairs. Everything was fresh and clean including the stairwells.

This hotel is consistently clean and the staff takes care of business. We use this destination as a stopover between Arizona and Oregon. There are a couple good restaurants in town that we usually eat at as well-Wool Growers, La Esperanza, and Black Bear.

Management discrimates against certain people. They have polices they say are not in writing. Guita Patel has no business managing this hotel. She needs better customer service skills. She is rude and has no hospitality skills. Breakfast is between 5 and 9am. But if you go at 830 everything is gone and nothing is refilled. They typed our name wrong... More

I would recommend this hotel if you do not have a pet. The property is clean, rooms are nice and comfortable, beds are comfortable. The parking is a bit cramped, they burn incense at front desk, but hotel is nice value. If you have a pet, be aware - - they charge $20 a nite, regardless of how long you... More

We stayed in this town on our way home from L.A. I also like the brand Best Western, it was very hot, they had a pool and the room was cool, and they take dogs, although I think the pet fee is too high. Room was clean, bed ok, walls were thin, I could hear a snoring person next to... More

I originally had a reservation and checked into another hotel. The room there was absolutely disgusting and I refused to stay. I ended up at this Best Western. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Now that I have family living in Los Banos, I will definitely be staying at this Best Western again.... More

We flew to Eagle Field for the annual flyin. Your hotel was great. We stay in Best Western's when possible as we travel in our aiplane. The Los Banos hotel was one of the best. The breakfast items were good and the hotel staff was very helpfull. We will be returning next year. Thank you Terry Murray

I stayed here one night on a business trip through Merced and Madera County. The single king room was roomy and clean. No complaints, except for Frankenstein in the room above me. Not BWs fault but why must people pace in their rooms pounding their heels to the floor. geez, chill out! Many options for dining within walking distance or... More

Lots to like about this hotel. Spacious comfortable room, two luggage racks, a deflector over the air conditioner, good lighting. As always great staff. We are Best Western Diamond elite members. This property is one of the best of the best!!!
