Positioned on West 3rd St right at the edge of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, this was the perfect hotel for our Spring Break get away in Los Angeles. The service was impeccable, the room squeaky clean, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and it's convenient to everything. Valet parking staff were very friendly and the location is within easy... More

I have just returned from a five night stay at The Orlando, which is one of my favorite hotels, in one of my favorite areas. I checked in on the 4th of July with my mum & 12 years old nephew & we were treated to an excellent room with a huge King bed & a pull out sofa- plenty... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of July. Location This hotel is in an excellent very walk-able location and near to tour bus stops. It is a 5 minute walk to the Beverly Center in one direction and 10 minute walk to the Grove in the other. There are also many bars... More

We were a bit dubious of booking this hotel after reading some mixed reviews on Trip advisor, however we ended up having one of the best stays of our trip round California here. We asked for a quiet room on check in and were given a room on the 5th floor facing the back of the hotel. The room was... More

Enjoy staying here. Good hotel, nice rooms and roof top pool and gym. Only problem with bedrooms are wooden edges on the beds. You can't avoid banging your shins against them. Annoying!!! Great bar in front of the hotel, 'Churchills', a trendy spot and well run. Really good location, close to Beverly Centre, The Grove and some great restaurants within... More

I've stayed there many times and it is just THE BEST! Everyone is so nice and helpful - especially with special requests! The crowd at Churchill's can get loud, but from a previous experience of staying on a 2nd floor room, I requested a higher location, which was perfect. Also, I DID face 3rd, but it was not noisy at... More

I'm a huge fan of boutique hotels, especially in LA - The Viceroy, The Oceana, Casa Del Mar, etc, What makes the experience great for me is that each feels unique and special in some way, like it is an experience you will not get elsewhere. While perfectly fine, The Orlando falls short on the boutique experience. It just feels....ordinary.... More

This hotel provided a great stay for me. I had to stay there for awhile, and it provided a great service of living for me. I personally want to thank Sam Shofet, Robert Zamora, Rosi Ramirez, Michael Ogima, Erik Cook, Jenny Kistler, and Sirley Cuevas for their wonderful service. I will definitely be coming back again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2014. We would recommend requesting a room that does not face the street- the restaurant located in the hotel plays loud music until 2am. When we inquired/complained at 10pm about the noise, the staff upgraded us to a suite facing the pool that was very quiet So that was... More

I have stayed in so many LA hotels for business that they sometimes run together. The Orlando is consistently a good value and the location is great. My billing was correct upon arrival and the hotel was able to find the packages I had shipped and sent them up to my room right away. Valet was always quick and courteous... More
