Let me start by stating that my prior reviews were all very detailed and the user community has responded well. I try to be extremely accurate and honest about the experience. Here now is an excerpt from the letter I sent the president of the hotel. My family and I stayed at your hotel Thursday June 25 – Tuesday June... more

We stayed at this hotel from June 30th to July 5th. We booked via Hotwire.com and got a rate of $110 per night. I have to admit, my wife and I were a bit concerned about this hotel after reading some of the reviews on TripAdvisor.... The hotel is located in a great area. We went for a walk each... more

Ok, I booked this hotel through an online service which didn't reveal the name of the hotel until I booked. Once I booked and the name was revealed I of course did a full online review search only to land here. I was terrified after reading some of these reviews! The Four Seasons? What? This is not supposed to be... more

We stayed at Orlando for 2 weekend nights. Each room was average and a little pricey, but not for California. Our rooms did not have the best views - overlooking many businesses roof tops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small but the younger ones enjoyed it. If you like no frills just a nice quiet, clean... more

Good location for several days of meetings in the LA area. Very hip, modern, streamlined room. Ample room to spread out and work (write) in the room. Carpet was a bit tired; other than that my stay was ideal. more

As an entertainment travel agent booking talent and crew with high expectations, it is important that I know first hand the hotel I will be reserving for their engagements. I can tell you from staying at the Orlando recently and from the comments of my clients the mere facts. The Orlando Hotel is great. The rooms are hip and stylish,... more

This hotel made the Los Angeles part of our business trip so enjoyable. It's a boutique hotel with a great location. A blocks walk from the Beverly Center and so many other small local shops and restaurants. We loved the balcony off of our room and the warm, friendly staff. The pool, gym and sauna were just perfect to unwind... more

Stupidly forgot to check reviews on tripadvisor.com for this hotel.... how I wished we had! Booked the hotel through their webiste as it showed nice pictures, stated that it had undergone a renovation and it said it was a "luxury" "European style boutique" hotel. The moment we arrived there I was already disappointed with the neighborhood.... not a nice area... more

We were "relocated" at the Orlando by another hotel. The Orlando turned out to be a big disappointment and a real downgrade. First it was not that easy to find after a long 500 mile drive as the hotel does not have a sign, so had to go around the block twice before finding it. The welcome we got from... more

This was our last stop for 2 nights before heading back to the UK & we had been recommended this hotel before their recent renovation, it was a bit disapponting. The room was clean enough but the bathroom was tired & very cramped. The public area was nice with a free internet pc but the restaurant breakfast was very disappointing,... more
