It was a great experience. The hotel was in an excellent location and had parking available. That was a stress relief in LA. As far as cleanliness. It was great. The sheets were changed almost everyday, the room was cleaned everyday. the staff was very friendly. the hotel had a restaurant on the first floor. It was a great stay.

Booked online and it looked like a pretty nice place. At check in the lobby was beautiful and I was excited to see the room...Unfortunately our room was not at all as expected! To get to our room you had to go into the parking garage and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor (totally separate building than the... More

It's good, they have made improvements. Me being a budget Traveler can't ask for 5 star hotel with a budget. So please remember if you have 200 to 300 dollars a night for hotel look for the 5 star hotels, but like me if you have 70 to 100 dollars a night for hotel, this is great. The restaurant opens... We were in town to visit with family and chose this hotel primarily because it was relatively close, affordable, and had free parking. As I said in the headline, the Ramada Wilshire Center met our needs just fine. It's certainly not the Ritz, and frankly, I'm a little surprised that Ramada allows its name to be used. If you can... The property looked great on the computer screen. As we arrived and checked in, there was no assiatance to help with luggage. The worker (female) was very short with us and was not as professional as I had hoped. The room had a musky odor and became worse with the loud A/C unit running. Leak in the bathroom, both knobs... The front desk was very friendly; all the housekeepers were nice and attentive; however, the phone was dead in the room, the floor tilts, and carpet and clothed furniture needs cleaning very bad (had sour urine smell to it) which I pointed out to the front desk upon my departure.

I read over all the reviews, we even brought our own sheets because of what we read in the reviews. Bottomline it's a $100 a night hotel 200 feet from the Wiltern theater, bars and food. For a $100 in a major city I've seen a lot worse.
