I would recommend this hotel to the budget-conscious traveler. We stayed for two nights in September while we attended a recording of a TV show. The rooms really need some updating and remodeling, but they were adequate since we did not spend much time in the room anyway other than to sleep and shower. The pool is very nice and... More

Can you believe that the floors are uneven? Can you believe that they just wallpapered over the hole in the wall? Can you believe there are cracks in the bathroom walls? Can you believe that once we paid for a king suite they refused to give it to us? Can you believe that someone who is handicapped wasn't allowed to... More

My son and I came down from Vancouver BC to visit Universal Studios and Six Flags Magic Mountain. I didn't want to spend a huge amount on a hotel room that would be, for the most part, sleeping. We arrived at 12pm and even though check in time was 2pm, the front desk lady, who was very nice, found us... More

We had a room with 2 queens. Nice size, not cramped. The room was clean, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker included. The bathroom was dated, but very clean. Plenty of parking. No elevator is available if on the second floor. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Universal Studios about 10 minutes... More

I am a physically challenged woman who uses a manual wheelchair and booked a reservation at this hotel for three nights. When I reserved the room I was assured it had handicapped accessible facilities, including a roll in shower. When I arrived at the location, I discovered that although the shower had safety bars on the wall, I had to... More

We very recently spent 10 nights here whilst visiting our son in LA. The furniture and fittings were a bit tired but were spotlessly clean. The fridge was adequate for our needs and we had a microwave and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, although the AC unit was a bit noisy but we... More

The motel itself was fine. The pool was clean and the room was fine, until we turned on the shower. The brown water that came out when I turned on the tub was quite a surprise. I kept it running and the water became normal colored after about 5 seconds, but that was enough for me to not shower during... More

There are few motels in Studio City, which allows me to rate this one higher than if I had more choices. It's not new, and shabby in places, but the rooms we usually rent are large and fairly comfortable. The location, near to family, is handy for us. Parking is free. Breakfast is free, though limited (they used to have... More

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room & found this to be a good deal. The room was clean & the location was exactly what I wanted. I have to admit the smell in the room (I would assume it was due to the age of the hotel) wasn't great although you get what... More

Standard motel, rooms were clean and price was very inexpensive for this area. Parking free was a plus also. Only about a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios which was great. Continental Breakfast was standard waffles, cereal and muffins. Hotel was in need of some TLC but overall it was clean and comfortable. Good for the price in the area.
