Our stay in the Sheraton at Universal studios was good. For 2 nights, which included a free shuttle bus to and from Universal Studio (check times, though, as it does stop at 8.00, but the hotel is within walking distance), this was a good hotel. Yes, the lifts are very slow and the drinks are pricey (as we seemed to... more

Don't leave anything in your vehicle! My passenger door lock was hammered and the window broken at 930am. There is no security in the garage/no cameras except at the entrance/exit. This experience is costing over $1000.00 and I can't even get their 'security' department head to return a call! They never even checked the garage after I reported this to... more

Good, solid Sheraton quality hotel with nice rooms and great beds. Great location for Universal Studios and definitely worth staying for a couple of nights. Cnvenient for the general Hollywood area as close to the freeway. It would be great to see the shuttle run longer hours in the evening. We ended up walking back and forth instead of trying... more

We stayed 4 nights at this beautifully and centrally located hotel nearby Universal Studio's and had a very warm and welcoming reception by everybody. However, the front desk staff weren't that open or friendly as the concierge or the bell boys. I don't know where to start but I can say that if you need anything or want to arrange... more

I really liked this hotel, great location and very comfortable, hip, nice rooms. The only issue was the very slow elevators. more

Hotel staff wasn't the most friendly. The hallways to the rooms are very dim and outdated. The room doors are a bit flimsy. Pool also looks a bit outdated. Walls seem to be a bit thin because we could clearly hear all of the conversation of the people staying next to us. Conveniently located to Universal though. It also had... more

I stayed at this hotel with a girlfriend of mine for a trip to the Ellen Show. We are from a small town and were a little nervous to travel to Los Angeles for safety reasons. This hotel couldn't have made us feel safer or a place that made us feel more welcome. It is within walking distance of Universal... more

The hotel was just newly renovated very beautiful rooms clean and beds so soft. We stayed at the lanai section which had balcony's overlooking the pool. Speaking of pool it is in need of a make over there Baja bar and grill was only opened on the weekends they claim not enough business but we went over to the Hilton... more

Stayed at the Sheration Universal for 5 nights. We had a wonderful stay, from the moment we checked in. The hotel is newly renovated and it shows. Very modern decor in the rooms and very clean. Incredibly comfortable beds with lots of down filled pillows. We found it very difficult to wake up in the mornings because of the comfort.... more

Rented a car and drove from BUR. We checked in close to midnight, bar was quiet elegance and staff friendly. Reservations I'd made on-line were all in place. Given room on 8th floor with nice city light view. No insects and it was quiet for spring break at a theme park. Quieter than when we spent the rest of the... more
