After a long and stressful flight I was pleased to be greeted by a very friendly guy on the front desk, which made me and my newly engaged fiancée feel welcomed straight away he asked what our visit was for and as we just got Engaged he gave us free parking for the week which made a difference, these are... The staff were excellent, the prices were very competitive, the rooms very comfy but the restaurant offering was pretty lacking and the facilities are a bit sterile. The pool was not working either. If I was going to Universal City I'd definitely recommend the Hilton next door instead.

Stayed here in April, 2014. Great location - can walk to Universal Studios and the City walk. Close driving distance to the Getty Centre and Griffith Observatory. Easy access to the 101. Hotel was clean and quiet. Good rooms and starbucks and a bar close to the elevators which was really handy. The concierge had tons of information and was... More

This hotel is spotlessly clean & very quiet, in fact we hardly passed another guest our whole stay. The pool was out if action which was a pity as there was nowhere to sit outside to enjoy the sun. Access to City a Walk & Universal Studios is so simple & both offer great shops, restaurants & bars. The staff... More

It isn't if a property has problems or doesn't have problems (even the most perfect hotel will sometimes have a challenge) - it is how a property RECOVERS from the problem and what actions they take to resolve customer service issues. Due to some prompt attention and action by this hotel's Front Desk Manager Sam (both during and after my... More

We arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm, and parking is very hard. We decided valet parking , but still a waste of time. The lobby is just average and, simple. We were there just for the night, to celebrate the grand debut of my niece. The grand celebration was at the Banquet Hall, at the very top floor overlooking the city... More

Check in was a bit slow and not necessarily friendly, however I received a great view and comfortable room. I remember having breakfast at this property when I was a child, when my family visited Universal Studios. The room was clean and well cleaned each evening. The bath room was small. The room was a corner room with great views... More

Stayed for one night on business and had a good experience overall. Nice lobby, really nice gym and was upgraded to a large executive suite. Room was huge and comfortable (a bit outdated but clean and served its purpose). Staff was excellent. Pool was closed (not that I had time but could see an empty pool out the window). Would... More

We were impressed with the bell service up front. One of the young men ran around another vehicle to get the shuttle bus driver to hold for us. The lobby is fairly impressive. The room was a disappointment. The faucet leaked a bit in the bathroom and the air/heating fan was thumping away whenever it was needed to do its... More

One should expected more for the price paid for a two night stay at a hotel with a name as the Sheraton. It seems there isn't much to a name anymore. For example, One should not have to walk across the parking lot just to be able to go swimming in the neighboring hotel's "Hilton" pool. The room was very... More

Dear Guest, we understand your concerns about the pool and as we are going though our makeover we do have a very close neighing property who has allowed us to graciously to use their facility. It is not the most convenient however it is a great option for our pool lovers. Your comments are definitely noted and shared with the... More
