After reading the various negative experiences, I was prepared for the worst. The experience turned out better than expected. The room was ok size, not big but comfortable size. The bathroom was very small, with a tiny vanity strip. I was concerned that my toiletries will drop into the toilet bowl, which is situated right below it. There was a... more

Checked in at 7 pm to find they had given away my non-smoking king - they stuck me in smoking double. The front desk refused to give me the lower rates that they are advertising on their website and stuck me for the quote on my reservation from last summer . Front desk staff was indifferent to these problems, and... more

I was there on a business trip, hotel lobby was nice but old, way over priced, room was very small, they have king and full size beds no queen size, I got stuck with a full size bed no more queens when I checked in and I had made my reservations 4 months before my conference. Bathroom was almost size... more

I have never imagined, I'm going to meet people so horrible taking care the customers/clients/hostes, in the way the staff of the hotel does it. Very bad manners of the recepcionist to answer the phone. I hope somebody is going to take care of this situation, because IT CAN NOT HAPPEN ANY MORE because this country looks pretty bad for... more

The title pretty much sums it up. The location of the hotel was great. Close to the freeway and a short walk to the Los Angeles Convention Center. Beyond that, there's not much that this hotel really has to offer. I had booked a room with a king size bed, but was instead placed in a room with two double... more

Paper thin walls - I was kept awake half the first night because of the amorous couple in the next room; next night awakened by another room's alarm clock which was left to ring for 45 minutes @ 5 AM - and I'm not a light sleeper! My colleague was kept awake by the guy in the next room snoring.... more

I stayed there during 9 days for a conference at LACC and some tourism. This hotel is really well located: 10 mins from LACC by foot and just opposite to a metro station (Red/Blue/Purple line). Rooms are correct (2 beds, a desk, flat TV, phone and alarm clock), not that big but clean . Bathroom could have been a bit... more

The rooms to not have dressers. The closets are way to small and the furniture is straight from the 60. The only thing nice about the room was the flat screen TV. Downt town LA is a crap hole. The is nothing to do there and the shopping sucks. We asked for recomendadtions on where to eat and they tried... more

Stayed here for a conference the week of 9/20. The pros - the nice people in the parking garage and the CPK across the street - coouldn't afford Mortons on my per diem. The cons - the room was something I would expect if I was staying at a Motel 6. The bathroom was gross, the carpet was gross, and... more
