I stayed at this property for a layover from Chicago to Asia. Even though I arrived around 1pm the front desk staff let me check in early. The shuttle is pretty on time, and the driver is helpful. “Renovated rooms great, food terrible”

Stayed overnight before a.m. flight out. New 10th floor room was beautiful, newly renovated. Dinner was a disappointment. Server was surly, and food was just OK. Just checked in after a long flight from Taipei. While in Asia I stayed at a couple of ICHotels properties. This one can't hold a candle to them in terms of service. “Convenient & pleasant hotel for Business stop-over”

As a Platinum member of the Priority Club, I always look for the "Holiday Inn" options and was pleased with this Crowne Plaza choice. Good location near LAX, friendly and helpful staff and great refurbished room with fantastic bed! Use of 16th Floor Lounge and free internet much appreciated. More
