On second day of stay, found a letter in my room stating pool and hot tub would be closed for a month due to renovation. Called my travel agent, she confirmed there was nothing on hotel website advising of uncoming work. Management offered nothing and could care less. Stay away from the place.

Good hotel as expected by Crown Plaza in this location. We had a room which looked onto a croutyard, therefore relatively quiet if you can survive the air conditioning.

I stayed at the hotel for a total of six days. The hotel was undergoing improvements and some floors were not accessible. Excellent customer service, prompt room service, the newly renovated rooms are very nice and there's a free shuttle to and from the airport.

We come to LA on business twice a month and find the convenience, value and service sets them apart from any other options in the LAX area.
