I read the mixed reviews, but we found the hotel convenient and the room fine with comfortable beds--very convenient to LAX. Like others, got it on a Priceline very reasonable bid. Entrance area does need updating, but the room was decent--we just wanted to get to sleep after our plane arrived after 10 PM. more

My husband and I booked this hotel via Priceline to use as a day room of sorts on our way out to Australia, as we didn't want to be in the airport from 3 p.m. until our midnight flight. The room was a bit dated-- especially the bathroom-- but the bed was comfortable enough for a quick nap. The hotel... more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it’s one of the worst places I ever stayed at. We are not picky and we travel often staying at 3 star hotels. This hotel does not deserve a 3 start rating. The location was closed to the airport, which is good. The lobby was nice and small. This ends the... more

Not what you'd expect from a Crowne Plaza - from parking in the filthy adjacent public garage to the equally disappointing room. Mildew on the shower curtain and broken tile under the counter. The carpeting in the room was not recently cleaned, either. The entire hotel - rooms, hallways, etc. could use refurbishing. I probably would have found far better... more

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza to get over the flight from London. A shuttle bus runs regularly to the hotel, so I was there quickly after landing. The hotel is in a clutch of hotels along Century Boulevard, and is a fairly standard airport hotel. I had booked a "name your price" on Priceline for around $50. My room... more

After a flight from the East Coast, we arrived at the hotel around 1 am, only to find that they had no more rooms. As we had booked via the Crowne Plaza web site, paid in advance, and placed a note on the reservation that we'd be arriving late, we did not anticipate this. And we were not the only... more

This hotel is literally letting it go. It's rated as a 3.5 stars. However, this is what my experience was: I booked it through priceline, so I did not pay as much, but I can't imagine paying full rate. Dirty carpets, old bathrooms with hair everywhere. Not even flat screen TV. Only a regular 25 inch screen. The walls in... more

Unsurprisingly as an airport hotel most guests only stay one night and to be honest that is enough. The rooms are basic but OK and the fitness suite looked good enough but the whole hotel felt really tired and really in need of a refurb. My main problem with the hotel was the restaurant - the food was very expensive... more

We were here for one night after arriving in Los Angeles for a 2 week holiday in California. We booked the hotel for $45 through Priceline and for that money, this was an excellent deal. The airport noise didn't bother us and the bed was very comfortable. more

This is your standard airport hotel. Given the large number of hotel rooms around LAX - make sure to use one of the bid sites as you will pay alot less this way than the quoted rates. Check-in was quick and efficient. Hotel is very busy with lots of people in the lobby and bar areas. Room was clean and... more
