It's a big, airport hotel. Clean, comfortable, and, otherwise, mediocre. Long lines at check in, unless your a Hilton Honors member or have other special check-in privileges. They give good rates buit make up for it by nice; diming you things like $2 for a toll free call and #12 for an hours parking. That was with the first 30 mins free. What a deal! For a large airport hotel, we found the staff helpful and pleasant and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Security even gave my wife a UK charger for her Blackberry. There is a Shula's (steakhouse) two blocks away in the Sheraton if you want a good steak and a short walk. more
