The Hilton in Woodland Hills has been my home away from home for the past 3 years. Yesterday, I celebrated my birthday and the staff remembered and were gracious enough to send a token to my room to celebrate the occasion. I want to thank Marshall for his unparalleled customer service!

Listen, when you stay at a Hilton you expect a normal stay, nothing bad and nothing over the top. While we did get that and their staff is wonderful their extras were way too high in price. This is a nice hotel but be prepared for a lot of remodeling. The room was great and the bed was confortable. It's clean and bright with nice views of LA. Use the valet. Self parking is a nuisance and valet is only $2 more.

Loved the hotel and the location...Highly recommend it as a go to place. We stayed for business and the check in was easy, there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity that made downtime nice.

A few days before our stay here, my wife broke her ankle while on our vacation. The staff was extremely helpful in changing our reservation to a wheelchair accessible room, providing a wheel chair for her use, and assisting in parking and baggage handling. We selected this property as the final stop on our California Highway 1 trip. Its only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to the downtown LA area. Good location with valet parking. Many good restaurants available nearby to grab a quick bite. Would definitely consider coming back here again.

Not the most suitable place for families. The Garbage cans are so small, can not even place a banana peel in them. so, as the result , people leave their left over foods outside the door.
