Love Tarzana Inn. Centrally located in the Valley and on Ventura Blvd.and in a safe, relatively quiet location. The rooms are nice. The only problem when I was there was the hot water heater broke down but the weather was warm so not too bad,and the staff provided a discount for the inconvenience.

This is a horribly small, outdated, unfriendly and a ripoff! Got there, checked in with a very unfriendly night clerk. There were scary looking people hanging out in the common area. Was told it was pet friendly. After an uncomfortable night in the tiny room with the tiny bathroom and old shower, went to take my dog out. I walked... More

Have stayed at the Tarzana Inn about 4 times how while visiting our kids. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Beds are very good. We do not partake in the breakfast they offer, it is very basic. The is a great little breakfast place just steps away. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

My family stayed there recently while in Los Angeles visiting relatives. Pictures are very accurate that are on their website. The staff could be seen cleaning and maintaining the property all day and were helpful and friendly with our needs. The atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. We had looked into several hotels in the area and found this to... More

I booked this room through booking.com and when we arrived they insisted I pay more per person due to them saying I booked for 2 adults and 2 children instead of 4 adults. I paid the extra due to us being very tired from travelling all day. After we had left the next day I double checked my booking and... More

I stayed at the Tarzana Inn with my daughter for 4 days. Overall, i think it was a good value for the money. The beds were comfortable, they were generous with pillows. The shower and tub less inviting. The sink was in the bedroom area which has its drawbacks and benefits. I appreciated the mini fridge and the nice tv... More

My husband booked a room on Tarzana Inn's website. It was booked as a non-smoking room because I don't smoke and am allergic. When I got there they had it as a smoking room and it was all they had available. I ended up canceling and their only saving grace is that they did not charge me for the room... More

The Tarzana Inn is a charming, relatively small hotel in a nice residential neighborhood on a street with lots of conveniences...close to the 101 expressway, In'n'Out Burgers, Whole Foods and some upscale restaurants. Loved eating a light breakfast around the pool and even take out dinner there occasionally. The bed was very comfortable and it was pleasant to have a... More

The Tarzana Inn is a small 50s built hotel in between Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills off 101. Although it is a 50s hotel it features a courtyard so almost all of the rooms face in towards the pool, which is always a decided security advantage. The pool is small but there and very usable. The rooms are not terribly... More

If you are looking for a very inexpensive hotel, this one will give you value in the valley. Free WI FI, breakfast I believe is included too. I don't need the breakfast as I am here for a nearby meeting that will include meals. Starbucks is 1/2 a mile away, as is Whole Foods. Rooms are clean & quaint.
