My wife and son recently stayed for 3 night's here, whilst traveling in America. The level of friendly and attentive service was exceptional. All the staff just could'nt do enough and came across as very genuine. Not the have a nice day because it is part or the script! but that they wanted them to have a great day. More

Good sized bed, clean room - what can you say really it is exactly what you would expect from a large chain of hotels. The only downfall was that the staff didn't seem to know about the Metro which is just round the corner and get's you into Hollywood in ten minutes and downtown LA in half an hour. More

We had a relaxing stay before cruising. The hotel staff were particularly helpful and friendly. We were not too impressed with LA, as we are not interested in films or impressed with 'celebrities' perhaps it is not too surprising. We did enjoy our stay in this hotel. More
