Took almost an hour before the tub/shower was unstopped by maintenance and I was almost late for my AM appointment due to the shower being stopped up. Room was too cold, and their were errors in billing. I will not stay here again.

The LAX airport Embassy Suites at 9801 Airport Blvd. is the best airport hotel I have ever experienced and I have experienced a lot of airport hotels at LAX. The staff is efficient, the rooms are clean and the managers reception and breakfast are excellent. This hotel is located just a minute away from rental car dropoff.

This ES is a perfect place for staying the night before for an LAX departure. Dinner was GOOD - Service was GOOD - Breakfast was GOOD - Staff was FRIENDLY. You can not go wrong with this ES. Will need to check on private vechile parking for an extended trip out of town.

It's actually quite away from the airport, and we didn't hear any noise at all. Shuttle waiting time was about 10 min. Hotel staff were very polite, and the free breakfast was really great. Room is suite type and spacious. Internet was slow though. Overall a decent hotel.

I have stayed here before and had a very good experience. Air condition was poor, housekeeping forgot to clean room one night and elevator lobby noise was at a all time high. Other than this stay I have had a great stay here on other occasions. Front desk was very attentive to my complaint. Overall a great Hotel.
