I stayed here for a conference and the consistent bad reviews on Trip Advisor was a concern. I told the lady at check in that I had read about the old smoke smelling rooms etc and asked if I could be put in a recently renovated one. She did and I got one in the blue tower on floor 20.... more

Be sure to go to the top and have a drink or dinner in BonaVista Lounge. Its a revolving restaurant with great views. The appetizers and wine flight made for a nice light dinner. Its worth a trip back with my family. The elevators were cool. more

I have r here before rooms are ok but can be loud and the windows dont open so no fresh air, location (if you have to stay downtown) is fine, stay away from room service food which is poor. The health club is ok, but there are much better choices. more
