The Radisson website is terrible - it scrolls through their properties so it is very confusing as to which property you are booking. It seems like they are one company but they are actually franchises so that the Radisson name does not really mean anything at all - each hotel acts independently. I made a reservation for one night at... more

We chose this hotel as we were participating in a Cancer Walk adjacent to the USC campus and wanted a close hotel. The good thing was, we were able to park in the hotel lot the day of the event, which was great, as street parking is near impossible on event day. The bad? Well, the hotel is O-L-D old!... more

This hotel is part USC dorm, part hotel. It has a faded, worn out feeling. Our room was good sized, but dark and seemingly threadbare. It featured some sort of adjustable bed that was supposed to regulate the bed's firmness, but I'll omit the description of my heroic efforts to make it work, and just note that it didn't. We... more

Dear CaliforniaDaveS, My apologies for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit with us. After your review maintenance went to each room with a Sleep Number bed and checked the pumps on them to ensure that they are functional, secondly our Hotel is purchasing new higher thread count sheets to replace the current ones in our facilities, and make our...

We needed a hotel close to Downtown but did not want to pay that much. Found the hotel online and was a little skeptical because of the reviews. We booked anyway and it wasn't bad. The rooms needed updating but everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. more

My low overall rating reflects not the cleanliness of the room but three persistence difficulties--one with excessive noise (most other guests were under 18 and partied all night); one with the lack of email ($5/10 minutes on a system so slow that ten minutes was not adequate to download a single message); and one with a phone message system that... more

Dear Aldiviva, My apologies for your less than enjoyable stay, we did have a Cheerleading competition in the hotel during your stay which would have accounted for the younger guests, I assure you that this was a rare occasion and is not normal at our hotel. We do have complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms for guests to utilize, we have...

Sorry I did not read the TA reviews prior to spending over $220 to spend one night here. The main hook is it's across the street proximity to USC (the purpose of our stay). The hotel is not owned by the university but houses many USC students in a dorm like set up. Hallways, pool, etc with lots of students. The hotel is... more

Dear Anrmd, Please accept my apologies for your less than enjoyable stay. The hotel is owned by USC and does in fact house freshmen USC students, however, during the date of your stay there was a Cheerleading competition taking place at the hotel, so many of the young people you encountered were here for that event. I assure you that...

We paid over $179/night (which after taxes and $13 parking/day comes to more than $200/night!) . Here is our take: CONS; 1. The hotel needs MAJOR updating, the carpets are dirty(we knew some of the floors are used as dorms for USC students...but still). 2. The front desk personnel are not exactly helpful or friendly 3. The "Sleep by number"... more

Just the dirtiest carpet I ever saw. A real multi-coloured yawn. And the room itself not much better. Breakfast only served in the cafe next door, slowest service in town. Never again. more

Well, it boosts that the rooms has sleep number beds, but ours did not. The sheets and bedspread where so old you could nearly see through them. The room was dirty, it truly needs to be deep cleaned. Be aware that if you park in the ramp and there is a game going on at USC you could come home... more
