Great hotel located in downtown LA. Excellent rooms, excellent customer service, excellent brunch buffet. This is a great place to stay if you need to work in downtown LA. It's also close to some good restaurants and museums.

Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. Very nice and large room, also the bathroom was great with shower and bath and everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was brilliant. As there are not a lot of restaurants around the hotel, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was ok, but not more. You have to pay... More

Yummy fruit infused waters in lobby, Starbucks on site, "rooftop" small pool area with towels and seems to be popular with the conference crowd. The location can be very tricky to find the first time since its almost an elevated mini street over another street so our GPS made it tricky to find the first time. To explore the area... More

First time using the Omni Guest Rewards program and I will definitely add Omni to my list of preferred hotels. The desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean.

This is a great hotel for sleeping and eating. Restaurants have great options for food, and can cater to people with allergies or those who just want to eat "clean". I liked my room. It was quiet, even though it was really close to the elevators. The bed was really comfortable, and temperature control was perfect. Nice sized bathroom, although... More

Two night stay for a conference, could not have been better. Never needed to leave the hotel it has everything, and is walking distance to so many great LA landmarkks. Really comfy and quiet. Staff very friendly, NOE had a wonderful musician at the piano, bartender made an awsome martini. Breakfast was a rush and we were seated and out... More

The Omni LA is a very nice hotel. I read the reviews of the rooms and requested a corner room on a high floor away from the outdoor bar. The front desk accommodated all my requests. The facility and service were as you would expect for this caliber of hotel

An absolutely wonderful experience, it couldn't have been more perfect. The Omni feels new, modern bright with a lot of outdoor spaces, fire pits and comfortable seating. The hotel was in a perfect location, steps from MOCA, restaurants, Disney Center, Grand Central Market and the shortest train ride in America. Check in and check out were efficient and easy. .... Everything about this hotel is beautiful the lobby is open, clean and smells wonderful!! The rooms are updated and quite large overall!! The staff is very polite and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your stay is comfortable. I do wish the hotel restaurant had a wider variety of food choices. except for the bar menu there... More
