The hotel is average but avoid the Jr Suites! A quiet sitting room adjoins the bedroom and the bedroom wraps the elevator shaft! In general he rooms are "standard" but a bit drab/dated. The dark interior lobby(s)...there are multi levels...are connected by escalators. The meeting rooms are in the sub subterranean levels which translates to no cell/internet service in the... More

Sheraton Downtown Los Angeles was a disapointment. It is gloomy inside the rooms and they had curtains on the windows limiting the views and making it darker than needed. There is no pool and the exercise facility is next door at Bally's in the Mall. This is a 1980's type hotel next to a Macy's--when building a hotel next to... More

The people working on this hotel are great. They know how to treat there customers. Really enjoyed my stay. Booked on hotwire and got a great rate. The beds are really good. For my trip I stayed in 5 diffenete hotels and the beds of this hotel are the best of them. We took breakfast there not cheap for the... More

Just returned from the Sheraton Downtown and had a fantastic experience! The staff were top of the line and went out of there way to make our stay very enjoyable . We needed a transfer to the airport and Liang at Guest Services arranged for a personal driver for the same price of a taxi. Front Desk staff were always... More

First off, I am a traveler. I do not "vacation" once a year at a Hilton. That said, this is one of the finest hotels I have been to. The convenience and style may not be the most leisurely, but the service is superb! I was BLOWN away at the staff. I am the CEO of a clothing company, and... More

Checked in to the Sheraton on Dec 25th/2007 for 2 nights. Check in was quick and easy and parking was $20.00per night and is attached to mall and hotel. The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. I was impressed with the $65.00 a night price we paid thru Hotwire. The area has a few bums but not... More

Stay at this location often. It is one of the better Sheraton's in the chain. The place is very minimalist and simple, black and white throughout much of the lobby and the rooms. Nothing to exciting, but clean and simple... Some of the best customer service you will ever find at a front desk. Anywhere. Make sure you ask for... More

this place is a dump and i have low standards. you cannot escape the prostitutes and homeless after dark. panhandlers constantly @ the valet entrance, hookers there too & in the lounge, i dont mean subtle hookers never felt safe there my entire stay. the beds in the room are top notch, comparable to the westin, the only plus to... Stopped one night in October. After a long flight from Heathrow it was nice to crash here for the night. Got an excellent deal through Expedia a few days before for £60 which was around half normal price, and the hotel was only a short journey in the car from LAX. Parking wasn't cheap but the underground car park is... More

My husband and I began our honeymoon in Los Angeles, and chose the Sheraton Downtown hotel as a base from which to explore the city. It has a fantastic location, right near the 7th Street metro station. The hotel was large and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was large and clean too, with a lovely king... More
