I stayed here just for one night after a trip of 20 hours! It was a very nice and quiet room, with the heavenly (Sheraton) king bed, right what we needed after that trip! On next day we went to LA Downtown, during the morning ,which is not very interesting: I just liked to see the Walt Disney Concert Hall... more

We liked the hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were ok and had free internet access but it is literally the worst location for tourists. It is in the business district which is actually pretty rough, lots of tramps about and weird people, which makes you feel very uncomfortable especially when visiting somewhere for the first time. Yes some may argue... more

This is definitely a business hotel. The valet parking is reached by navigating a maze in an underground parking structure. Dropping off the car the valet attendant asked me for my room number. I informed him I have not even checked in as of yet. He then asked me for my last name...when I began spelling it he handed the... more

In my country when you say Sheraton, you mean on 5 star hotels and luxury only. In Los Angeles Downtown I found only average rooms, service and hotel look. It's somekind dirty, location is not perfect as you don't have anything to do in downtown except business...Next time I will choose beach hotel or something like that... more

strange hotel...the lobby and bar are one floor down from streetlevel, and the meeting room down even further- very odd, as to the hotel rooms ,they are stark outdated utilitarian affairs- nothing really wrong with them, but just not very comfortable for some reason- no fridge or micro, and my little coffee pot would not work...beware as the place charges... more

Rooms are roomy, comfortable, and clean. The free use of the neigboring Bally's Total Fitness makes it the best hotel gym ever - free workout towels from the front desk. Restaurants are friendly with good (not great) food and quick service. The attached shopping mall provides diversions and sundries, as well as access to a Macy's for anything you've forgotten... more

Stayed here for two nights while in LA for business. Likes: Convenient downtown location. As a Starwood Preferred Guest member I got a voucher for a free buffet breakfast which was really good. Dislikes: Valet parking was expensive. It is attached to a mall and the decor seemed outdated. It was the first hotel room I've had in the past... more

Great hotel if you want to stay downtown. If you go to the bar in the hotel ask them to make you the "blueberry mojito martini" - FABULOUS! Room was good, service was great. It was nice to have the mall attached to the hotel. Had a massage at the Salon located in the mall, Anis is excellent. My friend... more

Selected hotel based on price and location, close to visit our son at USC. Have also stayed at nearby Marriott as Downtown area is a quick drive past the Staples Center on Figueroa St to get to the USC campus. Pre-paid $95 per night for three night stay. The hotel doesn't feel new. It's attached to a Macys with a... more

I stayed at this Sheraton approximately 5 weeks sporadically from Apr - Sep 2008. I never had a bad experience and enjoyed the amenities. It's exactly what you would expect from a newer Sheraton. The hotel recently (within few years) renovated and went through a brand change to Sheraton, and they did a good job with the decor and comfort.... more
