Where do I start? No lobby, no bar, no hot food, tiny and skimpy breakfast, poor a/c (but they will bring you a fan), no wi-fi. Added charm of sharing the elevator with construction workers. Worst Sheraton ever-but does have the nice Sheraton beds. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else at least until the renovation is done.

We could have stayed at the Days Inn and had a nicer room. 1. There is no security. Anyone can go up and down the elevators, and the lobby layout is awkward, hidden, and inconvenient. It we needed help, I wouldn't have known where to go, due to construction. 2. the elevators are SLOW. there is one set of elevators... More

The hotel is well located in downtown and currently part of a huge construction. Thus during the day noisy. The design of the hotel is very out dated, typical US style (browhish, dark, old). Price is very high for what you get. There is no free WIFI in the rooms.

I am sorry that the construction adversely impacted your recent stay. The first of our new guestrooms will be available in early November and will have addressed the shortcomings that you noted. Aside from graciously appointed furnishings, each room will have refrigerators, around the globe 46" HD television programming and high speed internet. I hope you will revisit to see... More

Unfortunately my company booked this hotel for me. It's under renovations and the facility and service seems to reflect the need for improvement. I didn't read the reviews until after I arrived. Mistake. Construction, noise, extremely slow elevators and staff that go the reservations wrong and billing wrong.

That said, our service has typically been recognized as a favorable factor in people's opinion and comments. I hope you will consider returning as the first of our new... More

This is a Sheraton and should be good but the current renovation isn't being handled very well. The hammer drills started before 7am and went on all day. My room was in desperate need of a revamp. Cracked sink, dirty walls and torn carpet, with a view into someone's office! Room service was good but the restaurant was not open... More

I am sorry that the renovation was difficult and adversely impacted your stay as a result. We are moving quickly and will have our new rooms available within the first week of November. To that end, I hope you will return to enjoy all that they will have to offer. In addition to new furnishings, all of our guestrooms will... More

Services is terrible. Staff are racist and will only be good to white people. If you don't tip them, you will receive bad face. The concierge is the worst among all SPG. Bell boy wouldn't open door for you and kept chatting with colleagues. Even complaining to top management for concierge refusal to provide information, I received no further follow... More

Makeshift check-in. Slow elevators and non working wifi. This was not noted at time of making my reservation on-line. Suggest waiting till major renovations are completed before booking here. Did I mention NO Wifi in a business hotel. UGHHHH.

The new rooms will boast state of the art technology from internet to televisions to phones. In addition, they will have ally controlled thermostats, in room refrigerators and safes. I am in La every 6 weeks and stay with the Sheraton, it is now under construction, but very accommodating to all of my needs. I am very safe and it's very near my work. I walk out to have dinner and a massage then head to my room. Beds are great and plush and comfy. The Club Sheraton, staff... More

We greatly appreciate your review, recognition of Karla and equally important, your loyalty. That said, to read your review and be reminded that what we provided via our service team is well worth the... More

I was fine with there being no restaurant, no real lobby, no members club. But when the a/c didn't work in my room and all they could do was bring me a giant fan when I couldn't sleep all night, I checked out and switched hotels. They were very accommodating though and didn't charge me for the night. It was... More

While we are deeply sorry that your stay was less than you had expected, we are greatly appreciative of your noting that the staff was responsive and friendly. The staff was great, the room itself was nice (except see below), but the renovation project is really impacting service. A. Elevator service was poor. Two elevators were frequently unavailable. I waited over 20 minutes (I timed it) on a Monday morning at 8:40 AM. I was on Level 10. Maintenance, construction, and guests were forced to use the same... More
