Nicely remodeled - nice rooms for an older hotel. I think we were on the 17th floor. Very, very quiet. A word of advise, don't eat at the "fake" italian restaurant (when they serve butter not olive oil, its most definitely fake!) in the hotel for dinner. Go somewhere else. Service took forever, getting the bill took forever, etc. We... more

I was very impressed by our Stay at the Sheraton Downtown. When Air Canada screwed up our flights, I phone the Sheraton and they cancelled our first night's reservation even though technically they did not have to. When our hot water was not working, they gave us buffet breakfast. - free. They gave us a cot for our room -free.... more

We stayed there for couple of days in remodeled rooms. Room was clean and nice. We had nothing to complain about the service or hotel itself. They always had fresh fruit in the gym and orange water in the reception. more

Beautiful lobby and an excellent location. It also connects directly to the Macy's mall, which includes a Bally's Fitness Center. When we first checked in and got to our room about 1:00pm, we found it very warm inside the room. Even with the room-darkening shades on the windows, we could feel the sun's heat radiating from the windows. Maybe there... more

This may be a good business hotel monday-Friday but on the Saturday we stayed it was a joke. At 2pm we called room service to order off the room service menu but were told room service didn't start until 5. We said, okay, we'll come down to the bar ourselves, but they said the bar was closed. We hung up... more

This hotel definately goes above and beyond for it's SPG members! Thank you to the front desk staff who included breakfast buffett coupons and an upgrade due to my SPG status. It is nice to know that I am a valued customer and that my business was appreciated. This seemed to be one of the better managed Sheraton's I have... more

$99 on priceline was the bid I made and got. I didn't think for a minute for $99 I would get a hotel like this downtown. What a nice surprise when I got there. It is well situated in downtown just 3 miles from USC where I had to go. Pulled up and received valet parking right then and there... more

We are very happy that your stay with us was enjoyable! Thank you for your feedback on the attentive staff, the hotel amenities and our superb location - very close to LA Live, USC and the metro transportation to all things of interest in Los Angeles. While parking is not always complimentary we are pleased that you were able to...

This hotel was, in my opinion, very average. Room service arrived cold (though the staff was very friendly). The hotel’s restaurants kept odd hours, so we would have to step out for lunch (it simply wasn’t served). There was an odd “Being John Malkovich” type small cutout door in the bathroom … not exactly sure what it was for?? The... more

Thank you for taking the time to offer your constructive feedback. We are concerned about the cold room service breakfast and would have been pleased to correct this for you, given the opportunity. Our restaurants are, The Brasserie for breakfast each day and lunch Monday - Friday, the Italian Grill offering dinner Tuesday - Saturday. We also offer a great...

My family and I just returned from a weeklong stay in California. I booked the Sheraton San Diego and Los Angeles Downtown. Both hotels were fabulous with some of the best staff in the industry. I received a great deal through priceline. The Sheraton Los Angeles is a beautiful hotel, which as mentioned is in the business section of town.... more

I stayed here just for one night after a trip of 20 hours! It was a very nice and quiet room, with the heavenly (Sheraton) king bed, right what we needed after that trip! On next day we went to LA Downtown, during the morning ,which is not very interesting: I just liked to see the Walt Disney Concert Hall... more

Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay. We are pleased that the team looked after you. When you are next here you should also visit the Grammy Museum at LA Live! It has some spectacular displays of memorabilia from the major music artists and is well worth a visit, only a couple of blocks from the hotel
