I was very impressed by our Stay at the Sheraton Downtown. When Air Canada screwed up our flights, I phone the Sheraton and they cancelled our first night's reservation even though technically they did not have to. We stayed there for couple of days in remodeled rooms. Room was clean and nice. We had nothing to complain about the service or hotel itself. They always had fresh fruit in the gym and orange water in the reception. more

Beautiful lobby and an excellent location. It also connects directly to the Macy's mall, which includes a Bally's Fitness Center. This hotel was, in my opinion, very average. Room service arrived cold (though the staff was very friendly). The hotel’s restaurants kept odd hours, so we would have to step out for lunch (it simply wasn’t served). My family and I just returned from a weeklong stay in California. I booked the Sheraton San Diego and Los Angeles Downtown. Both hotels were fabulous with some of the best staff in the industry.
