I have to say service was better than I expected. Room was very modern and clean, Size was standard. A very good 4 stars hotel. Location was convenient too. You got big shopping mall and restaurants just across of the road. Taxis and buses were easy to catch too. We enjoyed staying there.

We have previously stayed at the Luxe Sunset Blvd location and had good experiences there too, but this was our first time at the Luxe city centre. What we love about both locations is the size of the rooms---they are huge compared to other standard hotel rooms. This hotel is nice, clean and convenient. Service was great across the board.... The rooms at the Luxe are large and provide great workspace - perfect for the business traveler. The bed was the most comfortable one I've ever had. My only complaint was the noise - since there is an open-air bar/club downstairs, if your window faces that side of the building, you will hear the thumping music until 10 on weeknights... More

We were impressed with the style and friendly, helpful service provided at the Luxe and the location was excellent. The only concern was the "thin" walls, allowing us to hear the neighbor conversations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Luxe. I was visiting Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising which was walking distance away from the hotel. I love that LA Live is right across the street. Great service and great comfortable room!

The location and service were both great!! I will def. be staying at this hotel again. Your close to all of the attractions located at LA live. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The Nixon Bar had a great atmosphere and Happy Hour.

Very convenient location. Hotel is across the street from Staples Center, about 1-1/2 blocks from LA Convention Center, close to many restaurants and around the corner from the Metro which we used to return from Universal Studios. The spray used to make the room smell "fresh" is very strong. If you have allergies, prepare to suffer.

Well laid out boutique hotel in the heart of downtown L.A. We stayed for 3 nights for a conference that was at the Convention centre. Easily walking distance to L.A. Live. We ate breakfast at the hotel which was really good. The rooftop lounge is very cool with a good view. Rooms were well designed and bathroom layout was good.... More

This is a nice boutique hotel. I would say it's comparable to a nice Westin in terms of decor and ambiance. Although the building itself looks dated, the inside of the hotel is actually very modern and chic. The room I had was kept up to date and was very big. The bathroom was modern and good size. That said,... More
