Basically a clean room for a decent price. The TV was great. The bed was okay. The breakfast was minimal. The major reason for staying there was proximity to our daughter's apartment.

Airco is not turned on by housekeeping. It is not possible to cool the part of the room with the second bed. During check in we informed about public transport; "tomorrow it will hardly ride" Front desk was not helpful with info about public transport and tried to sell the bustour (on commission?)

As a customer, I learned I was not going to be served in an appropriate way. At 3:30 AM, the fire alarm began beeping every 30 seconds and would not stop. I removed the battery and it kept beeping. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing anyone could do until the manager arrived at 7:00 AM.... More

This is reasonably price motel in a good location. There are good public transport links nearby and the hotel staff are friendly to assist in organizing trips etc. There are not many places to eat close by. The rooms are a bit dated but are good for the price.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and woke up after the first night with over 50 bites all over my body - bites clusters in multiple areas, swollen, very itchy. When I informed the front desk nothing was done. The receptionist didn't even seem to be "surprised". Well, at the end this is not the first review where people complain... More

This hotel is conveniently located just a block from the metro station. The room was clean enough and the room was fairly priced. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Just drinks and prepackaged Danishes and some apples near the reception. Both the employees at the front desk and the maintenance man seemed hostile with me with the few... More

The hotel was located beside a undergound station which is good although it is largely out of the way! The room was pretty small and had loads of things crammed into it that are unnecessary! The room was pretty clean and check in and out was ok!

It is not four star hotel for sure, but it is value for money. It is suitable for those who are looking for a place to crash, nothing more. For that, the room is adequate, running hot water, dated but reasonably clean. Breakfast is very limited, coffee, tea, apples, banana, cheap pastries in plastic wrap and toast. There is a... More

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
