Got there Friday night at 10:45pm and room wasn't ready...it took us over an hour to get checked in. I told the clerk the least the hotel could do is buy me a drink ($28 for a draft beer and glass of wine) and she giggled at me (how professional is that?). The room was fantastic. Great views, great location, spacious, and clean...only problem was that there was a colony of ants in the bathroom around the bottom of the sink.
