Although we only stayed for one night - the hotel was perfect for us. Like the other reviews, the bed was very comfortable and it was great to have free internet. We struggled to have the internet set up at first but front desk was quick to act on it and even came up to the room to take a... more

A decent start to a tour round Califiornia. Super comfy beds were the highlight, and very clean and tidy rooms. Nothing spectacular, but a solid performer. Within an easy walk of the Hollywood attractions (Kodak cinema etc). more

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were a great size, and bed was large and comfortable, all for a great price. The staff were very helpful, good restaurant, good bar. Just a 5 minute walk to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Highland Mall, Chinese Theatre etc. Spa was fantastic for sore feet after a day of sight seeing. Only complaint... more

Hollywood Heights offers great value in a very convenient location. I found the rooms really comfortable, the beds were great, the staff were very friendly and I loved the bath! We arrived early and were able to check in at 10am instead of 3am which I thought was great. Also there was a mix-up with our booking but the check-in... more

Hotel very central for Hollywood walk of fame and the usual touristy places to visit. 5 mins downhill to Hollywood Boulevard. Restaurant good value. Swimming pool small and quite cold and situated away from hotel. Internet access expensive as have to use credit card and we got overcharged (it was supposed to have been refunded through hotel but wasn't) Rooms... more

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Everything was really great, complimentary internet, rooms nice and clean, bathroom clean and lovely thick towels, air-conditioning and even a robe which was a nice touch. But the icing on the cake was the really comfy beds and pillows. I wanted to take a pillow home but couldn't of course. I liked... more

I chose the Hollywood Heights after hunting for a moderately-priced, safe and quiet hotel with wireless internet access. Check-in was smooth, staff was courteous and parking was easy ($20 for self parking, with unlimited in-and-out privileges). I arrived late and was put in a room facing Highland Avenue. The room looked nice enough; the furnishings were not extravagant but looked... more

I visited in September and found the hotel to be excellent, bigger than expected rooms, decent staff, wonderful little bar and restaurant on-site and close too everything! It might have been a fluke but I booked and pre-paid to get a discount and they didn't even pre-bill me I paid at the time of check-out. It was a huge relief... more

I had reserved and pre-paid for my room for 2 nights at this hotel. After having travelled for 8 hours and absolutely exhausted, I was informed (without an apology) by the front desk that they had decided to give my room to someone else and no available rooms are left. ???? I was dumbfounded and demanded an explanation and some... more

I assure you that it is never our intention to ask any of our guests to relocate to another hotel. Unfortunately, on that specific evening, we were challenged...
