Stayed at Best Western based upon past experience with BW, Was undergoing medical training with Red Cross for Emergency Medical Responder Instructor step below EMT. Close to training site. Exhausting studies.Great room, comfortable bed, great bathroom with decent shower materials. Close to freeway never heard during night. Ate supper at a close restaurant, relaxed and went to sleep. Woke in morning for... More

Usually Best Western hotels are very good, but this one was a big disappointment for the price we paid ($143/nt) Very noisy, couldn't connect to internet, hair dryer very poor, breakfast was TERRIBLE, no hot water in the shower.

Upon check in, The lobby smells like urine, one clerk was leaving and one was checking in. The one that was coming on duty hadn't even clocked in, the second clerk had to clock her in as she was trying to check me in. My clerk didn't know how to check in a guest using reward points, she had forgotten... More

The room was nice, clean and a little small, but this wasn't a problem for us as the purpose of the room was just to sleep and get ready with so much to do around! The bathroom had been refurbished recently and was very nice.

I would stay here again...the outside and the lobby are not impressive, but the rooms were recently updated and very nicely done, beyond what I expected. Clean, felt safe the entire time. Internet worked well. Only problem was minor and that was finding parking, if you drive anything other than a compact car, get there early.

Conveniently located, but undergoing renovations. Management needs to pay more attention to details, like repairs, a bedside lamp and a wastebasket in every room. It was a little disappointing since there was no place to hang or store clothing. Thank goodness we were there for only one night.

First of all, this is NOT a hotel, it's a motel. I would not stay again. Rooms are the smallest I've ever seen. I was in a remodeled room and the best thing was the shower in the bathroom. Problems/Concerns: - Great picture of the pool up there - it doesn't look like that. At all. - The coffee maker... More

The Best Western Eagle Rock Inn was still doing renovations July 4th weekend when they said all renovations should be done by May or June. Very little parking while they were pouring concrete to expand the parking lot. They had the swimming pool closed due to the parking lot renovation. And our #1 complaint is the complementary breakfast bar! On... More

We stayed here on our family vacation to Los Angeles. Though the property was undergoing remodeling, the rooms were very nice, beds were excellent, and staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to gas, food, and shopping. Rooms were quiet too. We heard no noise from other guests or from the... More

The worst hotel ever. Hotel is under construction and in total disarray. No parking, noisy construction at 7am. During bkfast in designated area a local homeless person walked in and took 2 plates of food. Hurray for him..place is out of control.
