It's your typical lower level business hotel with so-so service and a bit dated layout and look/feel. Needs a face lift and probably and attitude adjustment for 'some' staff members. Extra charge for Equinox is ridiculous.

Stayed two nights for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed watching all of the people coming through the lobby after valet parking their expensive cars. It was exactly what I expected LA to be. The location was great, right along Santa Monica Blvd so it was a short cab ride to Beverly Hills and Hollywood.

Great location with walking distance to shopping mall and a grocery store. Easy access to Beverly Hills. The hotel is very clean and friendly. The food at the bar is above average and very fresh. We enjoyed the convenience of Starbucks in the hotel. The staff cared about your experience. The only downsize was the X Bar, the staff is... More

While convention hotels have little difference to them, the Century Plaza mixed old Hollywood charm and commitment to customer service with modern amenities like free wifi, fast service and amazing food. The layout of the hotel allows you to easily escape the conference floor for a bit of outdoor time, shopping, sitting in the sun, or sitting on your balcony.... More

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, from the valet to the housekeeper to the wait staff in the lounge, were attentive and courteous. This is a great place to go for a conference/business trip. The standard room is smallish, so I wouldn't recommend one for families.

This hotel was close to shopping which included food venues, Macys, Bloomingdales and other stores. The hotel had everything you needed if you just wanted to stay there for food, exercise, sunbathing, drinks etc. It was also close Beverly Hills, the Greystone and other tourist attractions. I didn't have a car so the cab service was always available and they... More

Stayed here for a nights stay during stopover from Hawaii. The hotel was very clean and tidy, we arrived at 7.30am after a night flight and they allowed us to check in early. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Bit of a distance to many of the tourist spots but there were good public transport links, would recommend this hotel... More

Very nice hotel next to the mall which had great food options. Rooms are clean and the conference space was excellent. The employees are friendly and offer excellent service. Highly recommend the RockStar PanAsian food for lunch! There is also a small grocery store for apples and water, etc...

We chose this location with it being very close to UCLA campus. Traveling with young children, requested to have room close together and staff were able to accommodate. Surprised by the nice baby amenities left in crib for baby! Fresh flowers at check-in was a nice elegant touch. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.
