The primary purpose of the trip was a professional meeting for my spouse. The primary purpose of my part of the trip was to have fun. There are a group of us that travel to these meetings as companions and we were never idle. Los Angeles has much to offer...the hotel was very good which added to our good stay.... more

A very nice hotel. Our room had a great view looking west. Located just a short drive to Beverly Hills, UCLA, West Hollywood, etc. The area around the hotel looks like a financial/business district, a lot of very large office buildings. The adjacent outdoor shopping mall has up-market stores and restaurants, movie theater. If you need a nice place to... more

I found the best rate/offer by calling this hotel directly and asking if they had any deals or promotions for AAA members. For staying 1 night we got 4 free hot buffet breakfasts and free valet parking. Valet parking here is around $35/night so the free breakfasts and the free parking sealed the deal. I stayed here several years ago... more

I stay at this hotel several times a year because it is the most convenient for my business meetings in LA. It's reliable from a consistency of room quality and service standpoint, and I've always been able to check in early (often before noon) with no hassles. mid week pricing varies widely depending on what else they have going on... more

My fiance and I stayed here for a week. The hotel property is very well maintained. However, they should have spent less on their decorator and more on their guests. No in room coffee maker, and you received one towel set per day - even if the towels had make up stains and were left on the floor for them... more

As a Diamond member of Hyatt I am very disappointed that there was a $20 fee to use the fitness facility. Other than that - a terrific hotel! more

Stayed for a brief night, but had an amazing stay. A hotel is just a hotel, its the service that makes the difference. Quick Check In- Ordered extra towels, and they were there in less than 3 minutes flat. Valet Service was very quick and friendly! A very elegant and chic high ceiling lobby where we saw an MTV personality,... more

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on May 23, 2009. It is a great hotel. The staff was all very friendly and eager to please. The room and the common areas were very clean and the view from my room was outstanding overlooking the pool area and the mountains in the distance. The restaurant was great and the... more

I've been practically living at this hotel on and off over the past few months while out here working on a project for work. I've recently come to appreciate this place more and more as I stay at other hotels in the area to "switch it up." Although the Intercontinental down the street isn't bad, it's location is much worse.... more
