The bathroom is very small cannot see the night view at all and very old construction ,see the pic I took it from the room. Also, the front desk is not friendly, no wifi, air condition is broken before we check in, we have to call to fix it which waste us 2hours bed time. Everything shows on line is... More

Right now this property has a lot of challenges because it's is being renovated. For example, if you are driving, the sign says "enter here for valet parking.," But the driveway is not a loop, and accommodates only a few cars; cars have to back out to be parked. Be careful when you enter here; I saw several near accidents.... More

I was here for a quick one night stay before heading to San Diego. The room I was given was one that had been renovated and they are very nice. The only thing I did not care for was that they do not have desks. They have a work table you can roll under your bed and work from there,... More

This is an old hotel with a lot of renovation works taking place when I stayed mid-Feb. There was a makeshift bar (pretty terrible) and a basic room hosting the breakfast. I'm not sure if this is normal or just while the renovations were going on. The pool was closed. Luckily they put me in a newly renovated room, which... More

This hotel is business friendly as well as family friendly. It has all the conveniences you may be looking for. Swimming pool, gym, parking and access to great restaurants and shopping. The concierge is knowledgeable and available.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We liked the location-bus stop outside or plenty of taxis or we could walk to Rodeo Drive. There are plenty of good value restaurants nearby (& a supermarket) although being close to a Jewish area many are closed on a Friday and Saturday. We were not in one of the newly... More

This hotel is not the best located hotel if you are visiting LAW, but as we were only staying for one night it was fine. The hotel is undergoing some renovation, but we were informed about this before we booked. Our room had been renovated and was well decorated and a good size. The bed had a high quality pocket... First, terrible customer service. Rooms given away, men and women made to share rooms. Dirty, old, loud. Peeling wall paper. Gross. Under construction, top floors renovated but ours was not. Limited services. The bell staff are the only ones that were helpful.

As a solo traveller on her first trip to the USA, I was delighted my first hotel was the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills. Upon arrival (hours before check in), my suitcase was checked in and I waited by the pool with a Starbuck's coffee from the bar. Due to the fact that I had to wait for my room (again,... More

Bed linens were clean. The rest of the hotel was so old & dirty. Carpet, hallways smelled, half-used bath products in the bathroom. Not worth the money. Good location though. The Museum of Tolerance was a few blocks away, as was Rodeo Drive. Bus ran right on Pico street to the Santa Monica Pier.
