Stayed here in February of 2009. The Four Seasons BH is, as you might expect, an exceptionally nice 5-star hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, service is attentive. I like the location very much -- a residential neighborhood that's quiet, but with good access to surrounding area -- but some may prefer a more central location near commercial areas such as... more

Stayed 6 nights, the pool was shut for refurbishment, but we had access to the Raffles Hermitage pool a short distance away, everything was perfect as usual, the staff make you feel totally at home and cannot do enough for you. The concierge desk is exceptional, and the valet parking boys could'n t be more helpful. Enjoyed everything, they are... more

Great bar, great pool area and superb concierge. The spa is really wonderful and the poolside service and drinks/snacks are excellent. Room service perfect. more

I just returned from a quick one-nighter. This Four Seasons is everything Four Seasons is about except for one thing. The room decor is very tired looking. Nice bathroom with fresh orchids and marble top but the armoire was a very dull old wood and there was a regular TV in it and an old JVC boombox! This is 2009... more

Still crazy for this hotel after 20 years. I have spent many nights here since college and its still a fabulous place. Some may not care for the location but if you lived here and grew up here...it beats winding your way out of the streets of Bel Air and the maze of the BHills Hotel. Its an easy in... more

Is it possible to marry a hotel? If so, I'd marry this one. The staff were so friendly, service was brilliant, the hotel itself was beautiful and the breakfast was particularly lovely. On the first night of our stay we were given complimentary candy floss after dinner! Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT :D Go, everyone! GO!!!! xxxxxxxxxx more

Don't get me wrong, this hotel is an absolutely great place to stay. For the price, however, there were several missing elements. WI-FI was problematic, valet lost my car for 30 minutes and an afternoon "tea for two" cost over $100.00. As far as the room goes, everything worked (except the wi-fi) and was comfortable but the room seemed to... more

While definitely a Four Seasons, luxurious in terms of attentive staff upon arrival, fancy cars in the drive and everyone arriving by limo or town car, the haute-couture vibe was in the air. Sadly, it wasn't that amazing of a hotel beyond the elusive entrance. While I don't necessarily have complaints, it wasn't (for the price!) that fantastic of a... more

I stayed there for work (how else could I afford it!?) It was like a step back in times - in a good way. once you step into the hotel, it does not feel like modern LA at all. The staff were courteous, I had a parcel waiting for me, but had to ask for it at the concierge. The... more

This property is very classic and comfortable. The bathrooms need a facelift but still classy except for still having shower curtains. Staff is wonderful with the exception of Valet Parking. This was the worst Valet Parking I have ever experienced. I know Four Seasons and they were so far below standard it was embarrasing. The pool experience was simply awesome... more
