It was like staying in someone's comfortable home, really - lovely downstairs rooms available for guests, with bedrooms upstairs, a nice little outside patio, a communal fridge with goodies (the reviewer who actually complained about the free granola bars and 7-up needs to get a reality check and a life - honestly!!), and a really lovely breakfast at communal table.... The Inn at 657 was a perfect spot for our recent trip to LA. My husband and I booked a two-bedroom apartment while visiting our son, who had recently relocated to So. California. Our daughter, based in SF, was able to join us for a few days as well. The staff is delightful, the gardens are beautiful, and the breakfasts... More

I was searching for something that was going to be a relaxing environment for us prior to an audition at USC. The Inn at 657 was a perfect fit for us. It was like staying with family friends. My son is a music student so it was a delightful bonus to have an in tune piano for him to practice... More

My husband and I stayed at The Inn at 657 for 3 nights while we attended the Hello Kitty Con and Comikaze. The location was perfect - a short drive to downtown and a quick walk to the LA Convention Center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Patsy and her daughters were such friendly and welcoming hosts. We felt completely at... More

We stayed for a week this past July. We were moving our daughter here from the east coast and this was our first visit to LA. I highly recommend this Inn. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, with fresh fruit from the farmers market, eggs and wonderful warm bread dishes which changed daily. We never had to eat lunch because Patsy... More

I was in LA from 19th to 26th July attending the Serious Play conference at USC. Offered the choice of, among others, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Marriott and Hilton, I chose to stay at Patsy's The Inn at 657 based on reviews and recommendations, and was absoloutely delighted with my stay. The Inn is a clean, comfortable and cozy establishment that... More

Not spectacular. Good things: Off street parking, good bed, clean, good breakfast. No street noise, but I could hear my neighbor snoring and my wife could hear me speaking in the dining room when I went for coffee. Decoration could use a bit of upgrading. "Snacks" were not much unless you like 7 up, popcorn and granola bars.

This is definitely my new go-to place when visiting LA. No more chain hotels for me! I stayed at this lovely B&B while visiting my son, a USC student. Everything was perfect--the location is an easy walk to the USC campus, my room was clean, cozy and very comfortable, the Inn itself is quite charming and the breakfast by Wayne... More
