Our first time at a bed and breakfast and wow I will be back!! Patsy makes you feel at home! We love the beautifully decorated home! You totally forget you are in busy LA. We received a wonderful breakfast every morning! Parking is FREE yes that is right free! Patsy also has a room with snacks if you get hungry!... More

I was in LA from 19th to 26th July attending the Serious Play conference at USC. Offered the choice of, among others, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Marriott and Hilton, I chose to stay at Patsy's The Inn at 657 based on reviews and recommendations, and was absoloutely delighted with my stay. The Inn is a clean, comfortable and cozy establishment that... More

Not spectacular. Good things: Off street parking, good bed, clean, good breakfast. No street noise, but I could hear my neighbor snoring and my wife could hear me speaking in the dining room when I went for coffee. Decoration could use a bit of upgrading. "Snacks" were not much unless you like 7 up, popcorn and granola bars.

This is definitely my new go-to place when visiting LA. No more chain hotels for me! I stayed at this lovely B&B while visiting my son, a USC student. Everything was perfect--the location is an easy walk to the USC campus, my room was clean, cozy and very comfortable, the Inn itself is quite charming and the breakfast by Wayne... More

We spent three days within four miles of this lovely B&B exploring the historic, cultural, and plain fun places. Disney Concert Hall, Union Station, Historic Conservancy walks, Library, Little Tokyo, tapas, Italian, and simple farm food. What's not to like? The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the breakfasts filling. What's not to like? If you want to visit... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights while attending the Rose Parade and Bowl game and could not have been happier with Patsy, Teresa and the Inn. A kind, helpful greeting, spotless accommodations, no not the fanciest but very functional and quiet and location that made getting where we needed to go (Pasadena) simple and quick (for LA), all for... As our focus is the care of guests who are currently here with us, we do not always have time to respond promptly to reviews, though we appreciate all of them. Especially the most recent guests who noticed our efforts to have everything clean because cleanliness is our No. One priority. Actually, we strive for cleanliness, comfort and convenience. High... If you are headed to USC, this is the place. It is conveniently located in the midst of the campus. It is a lovely facility with a fantastic breakfast. The service is minimal because the innkeeper is hardly ever there, but she is available by phone if you need her. It is a clean and quiet place and provides everything... More

Loved my stay here, with the privacy and comfort of the house, and warmth and friendliness of our host. It feels just like a family home. The breakfast is out of this world: fresh fruits, home made panna cotta, fantastic eggs, sausages, french toast, frittata... but having been on the road for a while, the washing machine and clothes line... Patsy's The inn at 657-- is a simple unfussy spot to stay in the Figuoroa area just outside Downtown LA and across the street from MT St mary's College and close to USC. They serve an abundant breakfast and they have a lounge and back space to relax.
