From the poor and slow airport shuttle to the dank, haunted house like hallways, this place has a terrible feel. Overall a very good hotel. Hip, modern, and affordable the Custom Hotel is close to LAX and shares lot space with a Ralph's supermarket (great for snacks). This is a great quality yet reasonably priced hotel near LAX airport. It's a quick 10 minute bus ride away from the airport, and is surrounded with a variety of eating establishments. Nice reception and charismatic concierge. I would definitely stay here again. More

Compared with some tredy hotels it lacks the sophistication but the room was clean, people were nice. The food in their resturant was quite good and seemingly close to everything.
