The hotel wins high honors for taking very good care of its guests -- from check-in to check-out, they try to make everything pleasurable, easy, professional and comfortable. Room was comfortable and immaculate; view was spectacular. Very quiet. Very upscale. Only downsides: valet parking (the only choice available) was very expensive but was also very well run; room service was... More

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental. Clean, nice designs, and the staff were great. Also, I think that was the most comfortable hotel bed I have every slept it. I actually got a good night's rest! I would highly recommend!

The room was fine, but.....We reserved two rooms for four business colleagues. The price for double occupancy was the same as single. Only three of us were able to come. The front desk COULD NOT FIGURE OUT how to allow one occupant in each room to pay the entire bill for the room. Surprise, when I got home my business... More

Recently stayed at the hotel with my husband. We had a great time. The property was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff had an overall friendly attitude. Would recommend to friends and hope to be back soon.

This is a good quality hotel and close to Hollywood, Wetwood and UCLA. We got a great deal on Priceline and got the room for about half the price. The service is topp notch and they even upgraded us to a suite. good FREE fitness center also.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was impressed with the standard of the room and service in general. The hotel is some way away from the main tourist area of Hollywood Boulevard, just out from Beverly Hills. I didn't have a car so was restricted to public transport, which is not convenient in LA, but fortunately the... More

I stayed here because my firm held an event in the conference facilities. The rooms were nice, but the service left a lot to be desired. The parking was the worst -- if the hotel manager reads this, here is my advice: get a new provider, this "service" is ruining your reputation. They were disorganized. (gave me the wrong color... Positives - clean room, good views and we got a great rate on hotwire. Negatives - $36.30 valet parking fee/night, impersonal service. I booked a room for 3pple and was told that the hotel only had double beds so it was quite tight. I was told that I opted for the internet on the 2nd day at 4pm even though... More

We've stayed in many Intercontinental hotels and this one was pretty middle of the road. We drove in and were greeted abruptly by the valet and told there was no self parking so be prepared to pay $35 a day plus tips. The check in was pretty impersonal even though we're Ambassador Club members, there are no club facilities at this...
