The hotel is located in the very upscale area of Century City, next to a shopping mall and the back-lot of the Fox studios. Lobby is very contemporary and attractive, with fresh flowers smell at all time. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and very efficient. From the window of our... More

We stayed here for four nights as part of our Pacific Coast Highway road trip and couldn't disagree more with your negative reviews. Our suite was immaculate, well furnished and equipped, there were two balconies and great views of the Hollywood sign. There was a luxury Mercedes Benz to transport us anywhere in a mile radius of the hotel which... More

Booked originally at Hilton Universal studios, Hotel turned to be forgotten from the 60s or 70s, with very old and depressing rooms. Had to go around looking for ''Newer hotel'' and more central location... Stopped here & met such DEDICATED and professional member of staff at the front desk called Oday, who persuaded me to renew my IHG membership again... More

If you like to work out in a nice gym don't stay here. Very few machines work in the gym. Out of four treadmills only one works and even that one the electronics go in and out. There are lines for the machines in the mornings and everyone is complaining. The restaurant bar is nice and the rooms are ok.... More

Hello Darren J, Thank you for posting a review of your experience with InterContinental Los Angeles. It is feed back such as your which allows us to continually improve our product and our service. Our fitness center is indeed a small one and therefore we have limited access to only our in-house guests attempting to avoid over crowding during peak... More

I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in Century City, traveling with my son, age 10, for a special mother/son weekend. The Intercontinental went above and beyond in making the weekend special for us. I contacted them ahead of time about the special occasion and we were greeted with VIP check-in. In our room was a special welcome letter, a bottle... More

I arrived in LA at 5am and was delighted to find out that our rooms were ready! We we're also offered an upgrade to a suite with balconies surrounding the room. The suite was quite large and very accommodating. It was a very quiet hotel which suited us well. There wasn't too much around but we did have a hire... More

Great location in the heart of Los Angeles action with Century City mall an easy walk. The hotel car can drop you in Beverly Hills - only five minutes away - for some for upmarket shopping but lazing by the pool and eating the truffle-flavoured chips was my favourite pastime. If you're going to do LA this isn't a bad... More

The curtains and carpet in my room were stained and there were cigarette butts left over from the previous guests on the balcony. Everything is nickel and dimed. Old old hotel. Decent service. I booed a suite and the gave me the cheapest room as I checked in early.

This is a great hotel! Perfect location that's right by the Beverly Hills area. Great staff and we didn't feel like we were being "looked down on". Some four star hotels make you feel like you aren't fancy enough to stay there but this wasn't the case for us! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Valet parking is the only... More
