Stayed here for 3 nights with my hubby and 2 kids aged 15 and 12. The place is so lovely and smells divine! Walking distance to shopping centre with restaurants. Area itself is a business area near fox studios but is clean and smart. Pool is quite small but fine as we were busy exploring LA so only used a... More

The InterContinental has a thoroughly business-oriented look and feel, which makes sense considering its proximity to Fox and NBC. Gawkers like how at any given moment there are multiple celebrities, from A- to Z-list, either staying, meeting or drinking at this property. Arrival and check in is effortless, the valet courteous and prompt (although who wouldn't be to park a... More

I have stayed here many times over the last year for work. Fantastic service - they spoil their guests and I always look forward to staying here. Even simple breakfasts like fruit + coffee are elevated by super friendly service with a smile. Comfy beds, great gym and fitness facility with pool and hot tub. Ask for a corner room... More

My visit was made wonderful by the excellent staff who work here. The beautiful Galina, Guest Relations Mng made me welcome from the start. In the lounge Yvette, Kati and Briana provided excellent service and friendly conversation. And of course the gregarious Akle, always moving and laughing, warming up the lounge with his bright smile. The food (especially Japanese) is... More

Once again I am pleased with an intercontinental hotel. True to the brand service and staff are excellent. Good pool and additional outdoor areas to relax. Just ate in the bar. Great waitstaff and decent food. Upgraded to suite and was recognised as ambassador . Wish there had been a club lounge, no other complaints. Concierge and guest services fantastic.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and it had no real soul, very dead with no atmosphere. The rooms were standard and nothing near luxury. The only good thing was the view which was great. The service was not too bad but has a lot of room for improvement.

As with other Intercontinental Hotels, this one leaves little to be desired. Very modern, excellent staff, great location, very clean. The only negative is that here in 2014, they still want to gouge their guests for $12 plus to log on to the internet. I find it amazing that I can buy a 79 cent cup of coffee at McDonalds... More

You drive up in your convertible and they all come up but the place is tired and dated You know it is not a designer hotel but a suite is a suite No that is not true, life is too short for tired old fashioned places Hold on that is me But we deserve more so either reasonable or the... More

The InterContinental within itself is a wonderful chain of hotels and this location did not disappoint. The staff were wonderful, friendly and attentive to our needs. The drinks and food at the bar were delicious and quick. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip back to LA. We ere even lucky enough to spot a few stars... More

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at the InterContinental for 5 nights. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Our room was really spacious and had everything you needed plus a big balcony. The staff there were so helpful and friendly, really great guys. I have to say I was pretty shocked with the hotel parking price which is $38 per night. Also... More
