We stayed in a king suite room (family of 4 - children are toddlers). There was a king sized bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the lounge room. It was lovely and roomy and just what we had hoped for. We had a view from our large balcony over the studios which are located next... More

This is a nice hotel in an upscale area of LA. We were upgraded to a 15th floor suite which was nice . The room in itself was great, had a great view of the city and mountains. For a business traveller it was a perfect room. However we were on a vacation with a three year old and some... More

We have stayed here many times, but have to admit, are not likely to stay here again unless things improve. The staff is mostly very good, although our first night the room had not been cleaned fully. The ice bucket had the remains of the previous person's bag and water from melted ice, and the consumables had not been replenished.... More

This stay was to be the highlight of our road trip, by booking IC I thought we were to be assured of a quality hotel with swift professional service. Oh what a bitter disappointment... The check in staff Malek was cold and indifferent as a platinum IHG traveller my husband had to walk him through the process to give him... More

Very good check-in and friendly staff throughout make this hotel a comfortable business hotel for LA despite its plain rooms and very spartan rooms. Sometimes the Intercontinental's elegance is so understated that it borders on being a westin or hyatt. Location is good if you have work in the area. Buffett breakfast is your usual and sometimes overrun with kids.

I have been to this hotel many many times, and its my default hotel for Los Angeles. I love the location - close to Santa Monica, and close to Sunset. Not bad for access to the airport also. What makes the hotel so good is the great team, concierge, valet, VIP team, F&B etc, all great. What lets it down... More

This is a beautiful hotel with the perfect level of sophistication for adults and fun for children. The rooms were classic and beautiful with stunning views of Los Angeles. There was a pool that the kids enjoyed for hours after a long day in nearby Beverly Hills. There is an outdoor mall within walking distance with fabulous restaurants including Pink... More

This Intercontinental property was my first good experience with an IHG property many years ago. It was also where I first signed up for the Ambassador membership. Have been a loyal member ever since. Through the years, many IHG properties however have been disappointing. Was refreshing to stay again at this property which for me should be the standard Intercontinental... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with my hubby and 2 kids aged 15 and 12. The place is so lovely and smells divine! Walking distance to shopping centre with restaurants. Area itself is a business area near fox studios but is clean and smart. Pool is quite small but fine as we were busy exploring LA so only used a... More
