Terrible experience. The room smelly and dirty. Under the bad we found a lot of garbage including bottle of spirituose. It indicates the cleaning service - if any - is really not into such details... i've stayed at other knights inn which were fine,but this knights inn was bad,our first room was very smelly,our next room was fresher but hot water was cold,we took cold showers,toilet overflowed,holes in the blankets.front office was not helpful,also very noisy because downtown stairs there is a after hour bar that stays open untill 5am,yes we did not sleep well! more
