So don't expect anything more. I actually didn't have a problem with this place. It needs a reno and it's kind of far from LA, but for the price, I felt it worked fine. The breakfast was honestly really good. The wifi worked fine, the help was acceptable, and the room was clean enough. The drive to the touristy stuff... More

The Valley Inn is a much larger complex than the Sepulveda Blvd street view would indicate. From the street it looks like it is only one building; but there is a large campus on the other side, with multiple buildings surrounding the pool area. It is really quite expansive. Some of the buildings are better maintained or updated than others,... More

Upon walking onto the room, you're bombarded by am overwhelming stench, the carpet was covered on different stains and burns, the curtinsurance has holes and ripps, the sheets had red stains (probably blood. There were patched holes (very visible) in the walls, finger prints all over the mirrors, gum stuck on the end tables and dresser. The room in NO... More

Room didn't have a dead bolt lock on front door or on patio door. All the room have a patio or deck get a view towards the pool or you'll be looking at a busy street. Carpet had rips in it. Bath tub had soap scum around it wore shower shoes. If you like waffles and cold coffee for breakfast... More

These days expecting WiFi while traveling is sort of like expecting hot water - they are considered standard accommodations by most. On the plus side, this place had hot water. The Good: Huge room with a sliding patio door that leads to a garden setting. I was in an interior room facing the garden and it was quiet. Bed was... More

I've stayed at this motel over the past 30 years when I come back to visit and it's gone downhill quite a bit. The last time I was shocked to see the reception desk encased in security glass, didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. On the plus side: The people are friendly and helpful. T To be fair,... save yourself some time. This place is a terrible hotel if you are actually trying to take a vacation. If you want a hole in the wall and maybe some drugs and prostitution. then maybe tis is for you.. By the way never get a smoking room here. It is like a crack house. After all is said we changed... The hotel is not much to look at from the outside. You see a lot of sliding glass doors and battered curtains, but once in the lobby, the only real disconcerting thing is the clerk is behind bullet proof glass. The lobby is a little worn but okay. Heading up to the room, we were met with a sign that... More

We recently stayed in this hotel and were disgusted. I have no idea how it has a 3 star rating. Their website is very deceiving and our room looked NOTHING like the online pictures. Our floor was really dirty and the bathroom was worse. The towels were also dirty and the tub was stained badly. Breakfast consisted of waffles, pastries, and... More

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell in the whole place is just nasty. When my family and I found a cockroach in our room, the manager said he always sees them, and it's fine. I would never recommend staying here. And the bathrooms look like they've never been clean. The pictures on there... More
