The location is perfect, close to Hollywood blvd, and the subway. You can use the flyway to get from the airport to the hotel. The flyaway leaves you in a metro station. The rooms are quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper take a pluge ear. Cleaning is another positive point. If you pay cash, they give you a discount.... More

The rooms are very beautiful, quite and everything organized. The front desk attendant also speaks portuguese if u dont know how to communicate in English. They help you on... More

Stayed 1 night here on our way to Central america. Staff were friendly and we were lucky enough to have our room ready when we arrived early in the morning. Also minded our luggage for us after checkout. Room was small but comfortable and perfect for our needs. Location is right in Hollywood, close to metro station and easy to... More

This hotel is in the perfect location for enjoying hollywood. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and had no issues. The price cannot be beat for the location. Highly recommended.

It's the perfect hostel I've ever stayed. I stayed there for 2 weeks in winter. The staff in the hostel is very kind. The place is near Hollywood. Blvd so I can go some famous place like Chinese theater. L.A's hotels are a little bit expensive, but this hostel is not so expensive. I stayed at the room of 6... More

The hostel is quite old, and the bathroom was really small. But, it is a nice place anyway. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good: build your own waffles and pancakes! It is located a couple blocks from walk of fame, madame tussauds museum, etc...

When looking for a place to stay in my native Los Angeles, I was on a strict budget. The Orange Drive Hostel met my needs in all respects--it was cozy and the accommodations were acceptable--face facts, when you stay at a hostel you have to know what you are getting into. Booking was a little cumbersome, but any questions I... More

Really close to walk of fame and the metro; the room (at least the one that I've stayed) was cosy and had 3 bunks. Good places to dine at the night and the big plus is that they have a good place to park for U$5!!

The hostel had friendly and helpful staff, warm bedrooms, clean facilities and good help yourself breakfast. Great location, right around the corner from Hollywood Boulevard where all the action is. Good price. Can't ask for better stay in Hollywood.

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
