There was a shortage of towels and. The few they had were hard. I really thought showers were nice and modern were the best part of the stay. Only once the showers were off theres no towel to dry with kinda kills it. I always say a place if they have a bunch of towels for guests to not have... More

last spring break I planned a family trip all throughout California. Beginning in San Diego, train to LA and area and shuttle bus to San Jose for Wrestlemania weekend. We stayed here during our LA time. I picked the location because of metro proximity and amenities (fridge microwave pool continental breakfast and price) just below 100 bucks. rooms have been... Stayed here for one night with a group of friends. There was 6 of us and we booked a room with 3 full beds. Upon check-in the gentleman at the front desk was not very welcoming or friendly. Right off the bat, he was aggressive in making sure I knew the maximum occupancy of the room was 6. Instead of... More

The hotel is situated very close to the walk of fame and other famous areas in town. They have parking lot but when it's full you need to park at another hotel, just next to it but this kind sucked for us cause it was too cold to walk outside. We found a hair in our pillow cases on our... More

Stayed here for a week. We booked this firstly for the location and secondly it was cheap. Having heard a lot about the homeless and less desirables that wander about and the whole "hollyweird" status before we went; I was extremely apprehensive about staying in Hollywood and booked this as with a high school right opposite felt it would be... This hotel was not really good one (old furniture) but it was clean. For one night sleepover is fine and its only 2 blocks from walk of fame. Price is okey and they accully offer free breakfast (american style- dounats, coffie, youghurt). For staying ower night or 2 nights its okey, for more I would consider about..

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights in early September. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly, check in was very quick and we were even offered to book activities/taxi/shuttle for us. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located as it is walking distance to all the... More

We stopped through LA on our road trip and wanted to stay somewhere central - this place was definitely perfect for tourist destinations! Hollywood blvd is a block North. Don't be afraid to walk around though (maybe not at night because there isn't many people around) - we walked down to Sunset Strip area and it only took us about... More

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
