I know i'm late by a year in writing this review, but better late than never! We stayed there around Nov 2013. Our check in time was 3 PM. But due to change in plans we landed there early around 6 AM that day. The Kind manager "Rana" allowed us to keep our luggages, and gave us a room on... More

We originally booked in here for 2 nights during a 4 week road trip. The area looks a bit run down but we had no issues. Walking distance to the walk of fame. Operated by a nice Asian gentleman. Room was very clean, good wifi, felt safe there and ended staying an extra night. Would Deffo recommend if your looking... More

The place might not look too flash from the outside but the rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The bed was was so comfortable and we did not have any issues sleeping or waking up from noise - we were on the top floor so I think this may have helped that. The Hollywood walk of fame, Chinese theatre... More

I've stayed at this motel several times and find it to be clean and modern. It's a step above most of the motels in the area. The staff watches guests like a hawk, though, and don't be even a minute late for breakfast as they pick it up early. They are very unaccommodating in that respect.

This little hotel was excellent for us! We stayed for 2 night and wanted to know the Hollywood area either by car or by foot. We were really pleased to have found this place. The room wasn't that big, but it was very comfortable, clean and noise isolated (a big issue for me),nice bed, nice bathroom and the staff is... More

It was joy to have found this inn after a day of sight seeing and having a full day of traveling by car. We found our room to be very clean/ample in size accommodating 3 of us and delighted to see that it would accommodate as many as 4-5 easily as we often travel with 2 other friends. and the... More

This place is a little gem. For the price, the room is lovely. Very spacious and clean and the pool isn't half bad either! We had a car and it didn't take us more than 10-15 minutes to get to most of the tourist places. So it probably wouldn't cost a lot for a cab. If you can, it sometimes... More

Although you can pick economy lodging to pieces, guests should go elseware (and pay 2-3X more/night) if they want total luxury right in the happening areas of Hollywood (e.g., Melrose, Sunset, HW Blvds.). As I always see the glass half-full in life, let me name the positives: --Complimentary Breakfast (Saved me at least $30 each day for the 3 of... More

Delighted with this hotel. Rooms were perfect - comfortable and spacious and whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and guests tended to congregate around the pool. Close enough to main atttractions and very quiet at night. Breakfast could be better (Donughts not ideal!), but hotel incredibly good value for money.

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
