Let me start with this comment...the America's best Value inn on 906 S Alvarado is the worst hotel I've stayed in and worst service I've received. Every time we had a question, we received very short "get out of my face soon" answers. We did not feel welcome at all. I made 2 reservations and plans changed to where i... more

Stayed here 2 nights--if there was the advertised wireless internet access we would have forfeited our 2nd night and found someplace nicer. Killed 6 roaches. Bed rock hard. Had to pay prior to stay with "no refunds." Other guests (or residents) very noisy. Smoke detector/sprinkler stuffed with tissue (by previous guest maybe?) Pay a little more and go somewhere else. more
