Our room was nice and clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Jenyfer and Mirjam are the best. As well as their manager Mike. I was in the elevator after getting some ice and a female Japanese tourist said to me everyone was so nice here. I would definitely stay there again and am going to in fact. more

I booked for 5 nights at Sylmar. Am from South Africa and relied on internet prices/recommendations. Prepaid our accommodation so could not change. Had 2 rooms. This was a last minute booking for me. For the price (budget) it fit my needs of what turned out to be two days at Six Flags Magic Mountain and a day/night trip to Hollywood then Universal Studios. This is not a hotel, its more like a motel. Located off a busy highway. The kind of place where people stay for one night. The rooms were reasonably comfortable with TV etc... but very dated decor and no room cleaning. more
Thank you for posting your review on your recent stay. You are absolutely correct on your observations! We do not offer tons of extra amenties and we do not have an extravagent decor. We we do offer is 1) a clean and comforatble room, 2) a friendly staff, and 3) an excellent rate. I think that the latter 3 choices...

We found a dead roach in a drawer. The bath tub was not clean and bathroom needs cosmetic repair. We ended up canceling our reservation and transferring to another hotel. The staff was helpful but the place was just not up to par. more

Good Nite Inn is one of my favor hotel. The price is very reasonable compare to other hotels. The hotel location is very easy to find and near the major highway. The front customer service at Good Nite Inn in Sylmar are wonderful, friendly, warm, and treat me like a their family members. The room is very clean and fresh.... more
