Its clean and our room was neat and the painting seamed pretty new. But there was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer or iron and the breakfast was just muffins, coffee and orange juice. The jacuzzi was nice but the place is too far away if you are looking forward to enjoy LA.
