I was very dissatisfied with my stay at the Woodland Hills, CA location. I had to change rooms 2 times. The 1st room had ants all over the counterop, refrigerator & even the bathroom. The toilet was dirty & the room smelled foul. The 2nd room was even worse, and the room door could be opened without a key. All... more

The trash & debris in the parking lot were first clues of how really tacky this motel really was. It got worse. After unpacking I tried to close the window which wouldn't shut & it was ground floor. The desk clerk was unable to close it & moved me to another room. Next room had no clock, no remote control... more

I booked Extended stay because I have an 18-month old and prefer to stay in a suite with a separate bedroom so I can put my son to sleep early and still stay up watching TV or whatever. A quick recap of what I didn't like 1) creepy clientele and unsafe environment for family 2) no cribs 3) non-secure room... more

Needed a place to stay while my dog and I were moving to Colorado. Prices were great adn the hotel was not as bad as I originally thought. Great kitchen (has silverware and pots n pans for use) and the area was great for walking my dog. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!! Recommend if you... more

I am a frequent traveler and my husband is not. He is much more tolerable then I concerning accomdations and not as picky. We are relocating to California and had booked him here for a month. After our first night we checked out. He could not stay here for a month. When we checked in we went to the room.... more

Room was clean enough for a hotel room. Only problem we had in our room was when someone took a shower there was this loud nosie ..and i mean loud, enough for me to have to leave the room. But the worst part of the hotel was the service this hotel provides. I should say lack of. When you check... more

I spent 16 nights there, and suspicious characters seemed to be loitering in the lobby area at all hours. I didn't feel unsafe, but rather uncomfortable, being alone. Room cleaning did not happen when it was scheduled, and only after continued phone calls and requests at the front desk. The price is right for a long stay, but they are... more

Fantastic place. It was such a great deal compared to the overpriced hotels in the area. I stayed last year and it was o.k., but this year the service was fantastic and the property looked brand new. This was a great stay for a week. Thanks extendedstay. more

We use to stay a lot in Extended Stay Hotels and are experiencing a noticeable decline in quality and service lately. The Woodland Hills hotel was the worst. The online reservation (with Extended Stay's own website) was received incorrectly. The elevator that took us to our floor was dirty in- and outside and stayed that way for days. One of... more
