This hotel is absolutely atrocious. I was worried based on some of the previous reviews here, but was not prepared for this. The room is disgusting. There are holes in the curtains, and the bed has no bedskirt. It's as if they just threw a bunch of furniture in an abandoned hotel room. The bathtub is moldy, and the A/C... More

I stayed here one night in March......top tip...to get to it from the airport there is a free bus that stops outside all the terminals every ten minutes...look for the purple 'Quik park' buses that have 'concourse hotel' in the destination panel at the front. You do not have to cross the road. The receptionist named Derrick was most courteous... More

This is an intermediate Hotel very close to the airport, excellent for the price. I stay there just one night waiting for my flight to Hawaii and I enjoyed, very friendly staff, clean rooms, good suttle service and nice place to take breakfast.

We stayed here so we could have quick access to the airport. It should have been about $90 per night instead of $149. Our room was not renovated at all and missing a nightstand next to one side of the bed. The pillows and sheets were super nice but I wouldn't walk barefoot across the carpet. Room was as clean... After this property became affiliated with Hyatt I stayed there and saw a severe need for upgrades and clean up. In my first stay it was obvious both were underway so I gave it a decent rating because I had assumed they would complete the process to overhaul its problems. They stopped in mid stream due to lack of funds... More

I stayed here for one night. It is the closest hotel to LAX and the shuttle is shared with a parking lot so it runs very well. The hotel was the Radisson and will be a Hyatt at a future date. Right now it is definitely in transition, and it shows. It looks like a Raddission. The rooms are old... More

The rates are very low for a reason. You pay for what you get. I have been at dozens of Hyatt properties and this is the worst one I have stayed at. The customer service is terrible front desk was rude. Be aware of their $75 mandatory hold. Hyatt management-How often do you visit this hotel?

The room seemed unfinished. There was no bedspread, only one night stand, with no lamp for reading and no alarm clock. Trash was left in the ice bucket. There was a coffee pot, but unfortunately not plugged in, required crawling under the desk to get it working. Overall this was a sterile looking room with little to offer. The only... More

The backbone of this hotel is solid: large rooms, large lobby, completely soundproofed, even though it is right next to the airport. But, it is dated. Fortunately, a sign in the lobby says that it will be renovated and renamed Hyatt Regency in 2016. I did not see any sign of work underway. The shuttle to LAX is frequent and... More
