The hotel fits the atmosphere of the hollywood area and is in a great location. Also the staff was very pleasant, with one exception, and they know the on the surface what they should be doing. But the execution of trying to provide excellent customer service is flawed. For $759/night, I expected more. Here are some examples: * I called... More

We stayed a could of days in July. Beautiful mini suite with a kitchen with fine attention to detail. The room even had a record player and records . The balcony had the best view ever of the Capitol building and for smokers , the balcony was ideal. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings and bathroom were also good.... More

We stayed four nights here and we loved it! Our room was massive and very nicely decorated. If I really had to complain about something, that'd be the internet: as a matter of principles, I find it hard to pay for the internet in a $400/night room. This being said, I really loved my stay in Redbury.

I was greatly surprised by this hotel. Very well located on Vine St. and Hollywood Blvd. close to everything in the Hollywood area. The walk of fame goes right in front of the hotel and the famous Capitol Records Bdg. is just across the street. The hotel decoration is a fantasy around the Hollywood artists and actresses lives. The ground... More

Over $300 per night and everything is an extra. $10 for internet. $38 for parking. 15% tax. No fitness center, pool, or free coffee. I would not recommend to a friend. No rooms with two beds available. This hotel is way over priced.

Dear Thomas D, Thank you for staying with us at The Redbury @ Hollywood and Vine. We, like all hotels in the area, do charge for our valet parking services; however, here at The Redbury the applicable taxes are included in the price which makes out parking the lowest true cost in Hollywood. We also happily provide complimentary day passes... More

I travel to LA regularly for business and occasionally with my wife and 2 kids. I'm in the Boutique Hotel industry so Im usually quite picky about the details of the hip and trendy spots. However Redbury is hands down our favorite place in LA. The rooms are massive, the service is fantastic and the decor is very hip. To... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location. Around the corner from Pantages Theatre and Metro station. 15 minute stroll down Hollywood Boulevard to TCL Chinese Theater, Dolby Theatre. The hotel has their own cars that can take guests within a 3 mile radius. Handy if you don't wish to walk down Hollywood Boulevard which admittedly could do with renovation. Plenty... More

Dear Gavi19, Thank you for choosing The Redbury @ Hollywood and Vine for your five nights in Los Angeles. Hollywood is definitely one of LA’s “up and coming” neighborhoods with a ton of great attractions like this ones you mentioned and is centrally located to the rest of Los Angeles with great freeway access, several subway stations, and is just... While looking for a place to stay in LA (which has plenty of choices), I happened to find the Redbury. I am glad I chose it. It is an excellent hotel with large apartments and fine touches like a record player. Their Cleo restaurant is a tapas style place with a delicious menu. Don't hesitate to try their flatbreads (it's... More

The Redbury is quite the bees knees as far as hotels are concerned. From the fashionably cool apartments to their excellent restaurant, one can happily stay here for weeks. The lights are slightly dim but I guess that adds to the Redbury ambience. And for once I must add, the rooms are better than in the website. Now that is cool.

Dear Juddha V, We just loved this review! It’s not every day that you’re called the “bee’s knees.” You are correct about the lighting being a part of the hotel’s ambiance, but we are executing a lighting project in the coming weeks that will add more energy efficient lighting to the hotel while making things a bit brighter as well.... Seeing all the reviews about loud noise through the night really made me double guess myself after booking here, but I was glad that I stuck with my decision. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been into! It's kooky décor is so trendy and unique, making the whole experience the best it possibly could be.... More
