This hotel was not even close to fair. It's not even a hotel it should no even exist. The parking was limited and narrow. The microwave was outside!. The room; i was shocked and scared to even lay on the bed or use the bathroom. We went for one night and it was horrible. The bed sheets were stained, the... More

The room was very dirty and smelly, had stains on sheets and on carpet, slow and unstable WiFi connection, hairs in the bathroom. Pool area and lobby are messy as well. We don't recommend you to stay here eventhough it's close to downtown. Try to look for something by metro station..

Parking sucked. Key deposit nit noted on websites takes an extra 20 bucks to even check in the key didn't even lock the deadbolt to the room. The windows didn't really close and you could remove the window panes from the outside. Didn't feel safe at all. Ac unit didn't work, and there was only one light. There were gaping... More

Umm this place is disgusting. The shower door didn't open because it was so riddled with rot. The air conditioner was full of mould, holes in the walls. All the plumbing looks like it will fall out of the walls. And the water in the shower smells funky, if you're brave enough to get in that cest pool. Would make... More

Under the everage place. Old and not clean. The only value is that it is close to the city. We had not to much chois to find another place at the last minute. Otherwise we would have for sure changed for another place.

The price was low... The location great..but we got what we paid for... Smoking room wit no ashtray... Tape for a window in downtown LA... Strange screaming from the next room all night from a group of 5 women and one man who apparently live there... Another "resident" asked us for a cigarette and followed us to our room uninvited...... Considering the price, the rooms were quite comfortable and well-equipped, the staff were friendly although when we requested for our room not to be cleaned, they still cleaned it, resulting in us having to hunt around for half our things. The location was great as a bus stopped right outside it and it was only a few minutes walk from... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
