The location of the hotel is convenient for public transportation (metro). There is also a Ralph's supermarket opposite the property. The rooms are satisfactory although they could benefit from a replacement of the carpets. We stayed there twice, the first time in the standard room and subsequently in the deluxe room. The receptionists were placid, neither cheerful nor unfriendly, just... More

Beautiful hotel, large beautiful room with all facilities, very clean and very close to train for easy access to Hollywood and surrounding areas. Breakfast wasn't great and bar staff not very friendly but may be due to language barrier but reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend this hotel for the price

Good exterior, stayed in a superior room and it was nice for 3 stars, I have stayed in worse 4 stars hotels! There was a funny noise outside the room in the morning not sure what it was! Very few plug sockets, fridge was not too clean and no safe which was disappointing. Reception was fine and staff were neither... More

I just stayed at the Garden Suite Hotel and actually really liked it! As a female traveling alone on business, it's hard to find a hotel that isn't sketchy with a small budget, but I never felt unsafe in this hotel. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a better room for free, and I was very impressed what my... More

This place looks nice in the Lobby. Everything else is terrifying, especially the parking garage, which would be a good location for a CSI episode. When we would try to get into the underground garage at night to park, there would invariably be a korean party next door, and the valet drivers blocked the entire entrance. We waited for 15... More

PROS: Free parking underneath, well situated, restaurants, supermarkets and theater near by, free wifi. CONS: Noisy hotel and street, dirty and poorly maintained building and rooms (dirty carpets, mold, tapestry ripping off, broken things everywhere, dirty and spotted bed sheets, etc...), no breakfast included (but options available).

The hotel website photos look like a 4-star hotel and our room was barely a one-star. The hotel is dated and dilapidated. The carpet looks like original from 40 years ago. The facility is run down. Our room had a queen size bed, a dresser and a small table, We could barely move. The bathroom plumbing barely functioned.

It is a Korean hotel. Customer service was not present. I had to ask for a mattress pad for the bed. They use their parking lot for local events and charge 10.00. So when I get back to park at night. There is one spot left on the very bottom of the parking deck and I walk forever in the... More

We stayed here two nights so we could tour around Hollywood. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They had a nice parking place (hard to find in many Hollywood area places). This hotel is in Korea Town area, and mostly run by Koreans. Very friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast, but places nearby, within walking distance. Grocery store just... More

The hotel was fantastique, everything, the staff, suite, location across the street from The Wiltern Theater, parking, no complaints whatsoever. I have no idea what some of the negative reviews I've seen online are based on. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had, in 5 countries. We stayed in a fantastique suite on the 2nd floor #227 so...
